Great room and location
Didnt have the breakfast as we left early. It was fine, wouldn't stay again.
We were only there for a night but there was a very strong smell of cleaning fluid everywhere. The second bedroom for my teenage boys still had hair in the bathroom. My wife hurt her leg badly off my daughters bed as something was sticking out from the bottom of the roll away and was hidden by the bed sheet. Told reception and they gave us an email to send a message too, we've received no response.
The rooftop pool was a welcome treat in the heat, the bed and room was very clean and comfortable. The decor was very nice across the hotel. The staff on reception were very helpful, as were the breakfast buffet staff.
The buffet room at breakfast got very busy and could be better laid out. The rooftop pool was very cloudy (presumably dirty!) and was then entirely emptied meaning it was out of use for a whole day during our stay. The rules seemed to be a little bit strict and inconsistent by the pool, most of the groups there were wedding/hen parties enjoying music from a speaker and yet were being told music is prohibited, drinks in the pool were prohibited, etc. Given that 90% of the people on the day in question were from big wedding/hen groups having fun and spending a lot of money with the hotel, I would have thought they could exercise discretion and allow music. Still water in the room was said to be complimentary but was not topped up once during our 5 day stay. There was filming going on on our floor when we were there which was extremely disruptive, a film crew of 10+ people walking up the narrow corridor which we needed to squeeze past or wait for everytime we went to the room. Again this impacted the guest experience and should be done during low season etc

Wish I could order food at pool before midday
Very convenient location, helpful and friendly service, gorgeous spa facilities and rooftop pool. Room was spacious, clean and well presented with a comfortable bed. House keeping dealt very quickly and efficiently with a situation with ants. Happy to store our luggage and let us enjoy the facilities after checkout before a late flight.
Breakfast was lovely with a great choice but the chef seemed grumpy when I requested eggs to be fried to my liking. Nothing difficult, just cooked so the yolks were not cold and too runny.
The pool and room were great. Nice breakfast also!

Enbart en miss, för få krokar (som gäller i princip alla hotell). Fyra sängar och enbart två krokar för handdukarna i badrummet, borde vara sex till åtta stycken. Inga krokar i hallen, två i vardagsrummet. Varför snåla på krokar?
Very good location for walking around the city
Don’t treat this hotel as a pool side hotel as some people did the pool side was crazy.for a city break its a good option.
