Memorable and relaxing so lovely
Pros:

I loved that they floded my sons sweater and shirts when they cleaned the room it was so nice. And I love the room service the food was excellent the pool was perfect all the staff were so so nice! The front desk was so helpful the pool people were friendly and were so quick the breakfast was lovely

The fries could use a bit of salt

Na onze betere kamer, een prima verblijf.
Pros:

Vooral de ligging. En het ontbijt. En sommige balie medewerkers die echt hun best deden voor je als gast.

Cons:

De arrogantie van het personeel. Duidelijk verwend door de vele toeristen en hoge bezettingsgraad. Het was onze trip ter ere van ons 25 jarig huwelijksfeest. Dat was ook zo vooraf aangekondigd. Desondanks kregen we de kleinste en slechtste kamer helemaal achterin de gang op de derde verdieping. Pas nadat ik bij de balie protest heb ingediend voor het feit hoe ze ons in zo’n kamer konden leggen als ze weten dat het onze jubileum reis was, kon er plotseling wel een betere standaardkamer vrijgemaakt worden. Een gemiste kans en meteen de eerste indruk die slecht is. Een klassieke fout in de hotel business.

Skvelá lokalita, profesionalita personálu, čistota.

Cons:

Absolútne nepomer cena - výkon, za jednu noc sme zaplatili cez 600 euro za “aprtmán junior” nebol to vôbec apartmán, bola to dvojlôžková izba s prístelkou pre naše dieťa, síce priestorná, ale nebol to aprtmán. (Aby som bol fér, do vstupnej chodbičky dali stolík, aby to vypadalo, že je to samostaný priestor, takže splnenie požadavky aprtmanú bol na oko splnený, ale fakticky ani náhodou) Považujem to za ak nie klamlivé, tak minimálne hodne zavádzajúce označenie zo strany prevádzkovateľa, poťážmo bookingu. Izba za 600 euro za noc, bola situovaná do ulice kde je hlavná, dosť hlučná cesta. Keď prechádzal autobus mal som pocit, že ma v posteli prejde. Bazén a jeho zázemie na 4 poschodí je síce pekný, ale dosť malý, čo by asi až tak nevadilo, ale dosť nepekné výhľady do okolitých neudržiavaných obytných domov a okien vo vás vytvárajú pocit nemiestnosti.
Aby som to zhrnul, keby znížili cenu o polovicu, asi by to bola fér cena - výkon. Takto je to len navoňaná bieda, ktorá sa snaží sadrokratonovými obkladmi tváriť na luxus, ktorý tam nieje.

Overall a very comfortable stay. Would stay again.
Pros:

The location was excellent and very close to the centre and the marina with a choice of restaurants not too far away. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Considering the price paid, the standard double is too small for two people who are not a couple with not enough privacy. In addition there need to be sockets for phone chargers near the top end of the bed.

Don’t promise luxury if you can’t afford luxury !
Pros:

The all day pass for the spa was really great ! Reception people are really nice. Very beautiful room !!! Very clean !!! People are nice !!!! Good food at the room service, I loved the burger, the duck pasta, the chicken sandwich even the little fried shrimps !!!

Cons:

The pool is a complete scam. Very small pool. And freezing cold. That hotel pretends to be luxury but it’s very disorganized and unprofessional. No one is at the spa, because it’s free entry all day. No bathclothes, no towels, no one to check other people’s behaviors. They said no children at the spa but they are children every morning with inflatable pool ring/ float on the JACCUZZI !! This was crazy. Young Men are doing massage to women with absolutely ZERO EXPERIENCE and the massage is crazy expensive.

The cleaning lady took my second blanket in my room I called the reception 3 mornings in a row for someone to give me a second blanket I never saw my blanket back. (The hotel’s blanket of course).

I asked the bald bartender if he could do my mojito with no sugar he said no cause that’s how it is around here he said “either you drink it or I take it back”. I said ok.

Lovely hotel close to the best parts of Palma.
Pros:

Great location just 5 mins walk from tbe beautiful old town of Palma. Lovely staff and comfortable modern rooms. The spa is great and breakfast was particularly delicious.

Cons:

Room cleaning tended to happen quite late - about 3pm for us which was a bit inconvenient. The pool gets quite busy and they could do with stopping people reserving beds.
