Pros:

Vybavenie , výhľad z izby a zo strešného baru bol Top. Izba bola veľká čistá a nebola zbytočne prevoňaná 👌decka postieľka bola vo výbornom stave .

Cons:

Za mňa dosť mäkký typ madracov, ale niekomu to môže vyhovovať ..ale chýbala mi voda na izbe , dnes by to už malo byť ako samozrejmosť ..

Great accommodation, central, clean, comfortable, well-connected.
Pros:

The staff were very welcoming, the location is great, extremely close to a lot of public transport options and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The luggage storage option at the reception was extremely helpful for us, as we could leave our luggage before checking in or after checking out.

Muy buena ubicación, paradas de metro al lado del Hotel con el que poder moverse por toda la ciudad, o caminando si te gusta como a nosotros.
Personal ( tanto de recepción como de cafetería) super amables y muy atentos.
Desayuno muy variado, realmente bueno.

Staff was extremely kind, helpful, professional. All of them. Lily is such a positive person.
Pros:

Great breakfast with really nice asortiment and selection. They had smoked salmon, while many hotels don't. Cheeses were really nice. Illy coffee, also!
Rooms are always clean and they keep changing sheets everyday. But to make a hotel great, you need great staff, and this hotel has really great people working in it, so kudos to all.

Cons:

No welcome bottle of water, and coffee machine tank was empty. They said the tap water is drinkable, but for a top rated hotel that is not enough. I purchased my water.

Beautiful hotel with lovely friendly staff.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel, friendly staff. Breakfast had a superb choice. Glad of the air conditioning in the room!! Rooftop bar was lovely for a summer evening with fabulous views.

Cons:

Quite a walk from the main town, about 30 minutes.
