My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below the standards I expected.
The room was not clean when we checked in. To make matters worse, we found a dead cockroach in the room. Despite informing housekeeping multiple times, it remained there throughout our stay, showing a complete lack of concern for cleanliness and guest service.
The hotel also failed to provide basic amenities such as bath towels and coffee sachets. We had to repeatedly follow up, which was frustrating and unacceptable.
Poor hygiene, unresponsive housekeeping, and inadequate service made this a very unpleasant experience. I cannot recommend this hotel and hope the management takes guest feedback seriously and improves its standards.

Owner's should pay more attention on repairs. AC was not cooling the room at 16. Room no.109
Pros:

Dont book room with breakfast no good option. Since we wanted to visit infant jesus shrine the location was good.

Cons:

Food is very expensive and only Veg option available.
Mysore Massla ordered by us was not as per our expectations. As there is no orher options for food you are forced to eat from restaurant. Only positive for us wax its closeness to Shrine of Infant jesus

Cons:

基本的にスタッフは愛想がないです😅

Cons:

Bedsheets had blood, oil stains and were not changed for over an hour. AC was not functioning, had a vent window which was open to sunlight and no curtain. Toilet was stained and not cleaned properly. Inspite of directly complaining to the reception, nothing was done and we did not have any option to move elsewhere. Fresh pillow cases were never delivered inspite of repeated reminders and we had to spend the night sleeping on pillows without covers.
