Fantastic 7 nights stay at Malmo and what is there not to like about this place!
+ Firstly the staff truly makes your stay phenomenal. We loved speaking to Elios (with glasses) who is just the warmest soul and has the best chats about Crete and life in general - so passionate about both it’s infectious.
Elios (without glasses) was great with giving advice on amazing restaurants and helping us with our final transfer to the airport. Always kind and helpful.
We absolutely loved Eirini who is front of house for breakfast- she makes whatever morning beverage you like from cappuccinos to a good old English Breakfast Tea. She built such a lovely report with our five year old daughter and again has such a warm soul. Always smiling and lovely.
+ Malmo is what it says - a historic hotel and as result our room was just stunning! We opted for the huge Jacuzzi Bath tub which the kids and we loved after a day at the beach!
+ The best part of the hotel is its location! It is in the best part of old town (just on the out skirt) and we walked to visit every evening exploring the wonderful ice cream places, restaurants and fantastic shops! The hotel is in a lovely little street, close to a road and the guys (ie both Elios’s) were fantastic in helping with getting all of our bags (family of 4!) to and from the hotel on arriving and departing for our flight.
+ The breakfast is plentiful and delicious! There is such wonderfully traditional Greek food available as well as your usual eggs and continental etc The desserts are just delicious and the view from the balcony looking over the tops of the roofs of lovely little houses with calming music at the back is simply unforgettable. Definitely a relaxing start to the day.
+ We arranged private tours to all our destinations and it was easy to find our driver, a stones through away from the hotel.
We will definitely be coming back.

Lovely hotel, I would highly recommend staying here. We kindly had our room upgraded, it was clean and spacious with a modern panel to set various lighting options and air-con. There was also the option to open windows which is great. The location was excellent, very short walk to shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of options and a nice balcony space to eat on.

Het is een klein hotel, erg rustig.
We hadden de kamer naast de ontbijtruimte maar we hoorden niets. Ook niet van buitenaf.

La situation géographique est évidemment idéale pour tout faire à Chania mais je dirais que le plus grand atout de l’hotel est l’extrême prévenance des équipes, en particulier Elias. Le service pour se faire sentir comme à la maison est vraiment d’une grande qualité dans un cadre moderne mais authentique
