Pros:

Comfortable bed.

Cons:

No communication with housekeeping upon check-in.
"They thought the room was not occupied" left a pair of pants and pj bottoms on a shelf and took my luggage and went through it.

I won’t recommend this place to a bum.
Pros:

I never stayed there. They were overbooked, and they waited until the last minute, close to check-in time to call me because of them I didn’t have no where to go.

I really liked the staff. They treat you like family! & always make sure that I'm comfortable and safe, They also fix anything that needs fixed within an hour of me telling them.

there's not much that I can say I didn't like about it.

The girl at the front desk never said you couldn’t smoke or light candles i got put out because of that and they also have people with pets that’s not allowed but are still allowed there .

They don’t provide tissue or a change of sheets for extended stays ….. my key card keep disabling because they entered the wrong check out date …. Elevators don’t work …. Only provided a shower option no tub option
