1. Las almohadas eran finas, y suave.
2. La madera estaba en buena condición, y cerraban sin molestias.
3. Refrigerador funciona bien.

1. Para entrar fue todo un trabajo, hablaron mucho.
2. La primera habitación no fue como la advirtieron, a la #203 le faltaba casi todo.
3. La segunda habitación, #238 fue como la advirtieron, pero tarde 30 minutos y la intención ya estaba implicada.
4. Jugaron con todas las luces, se fue el viernes dos veces por horas, y la alarma fue activada. Estaba llena de actores.
5. Manchas sobre el cubre camas, y el asiento al pie de la cama.
6. Servicio de cable pobre, pocos con alta definición.
7. Lavamanos limpio, sin manchas y con agua caliente.
8. La silla del inodoro manchado, mierda en las orillas del tazón y aveces no flocha.
9. La bañera estaba rasguñada, el agua estaba de fría a cálida toda la semana. Nunca como el lavamanos…
10. La estufa funcionó…cama durísima.
11. No había ollas o sartenes…inquilinos no agradable.
12. La ducha estaba sucia, engomada. Como la misma goma que se me hace difícil de remover con champú.
13. No me indicaron al basudero.
14. Artículos de tocador escasos, para que lo anuncian.
15. Piso manchado de grasa marrón oscura, como pintura o cigarro.
16. Cada vez, al abrir la puerta me olía mal.
They didn't honor my reservation. When I arrived at the location the young woman at the desk told me that they did not do reservations she looked in the computer and said she saw my name but then said that they did not have any rooms available. This really inconvenienced me and cost me money as I had to leave work early to check in. Very disappointing.
The atmosphere
The farthest back door slammed constantly
The lady at the front desk was nice.
The place reeked of pot. The room was filthy. Like rice on the bathroom floor, mystery stuff on the table and countertops, white powdery substance on the floor, and wrinkly sheets just to name a few. The pictures on the website looked nothing like the room.
Staff was absolutely excellent, and my room was recently renovated, very nice and comfortable
The residents are respectful
No need to make a reservation because they don’t honor it. The Caucasian lady at the front is very rude and has no since of compassion. I Left before I went to jail
Everything good! Sort of a communal halfway house vibe, but pretty decent!

The location is good staff was great.
When I booked the room got one price but when I showed up had to pay a different price.
I'm not rating this against 5 star hotels, but against other hotels of its kind. It's cheaper and better-managed than most other hotels in the long-term category, and much cleaner.
This property is managed well, and has long-term occupants. There are strict rules, which keeps the place as quiet as one can expect in a hotel, and fairly clean. The room itself was very clean.
The experience was a new one for me, as this functions less like a hotel and more like a dorm. As long as you just need a clean place to stay that doesn't smell like weed or dog, this does very well. It's in a great location, with lots of stores and groceries a mile or so away.
The room is very spare, without a desk and desk chair. I had to work on my laptop on a small round table with uncomfortable chair. The AC was very loud, drowning out the TV if I was watching. The walls are thin, as expected, but the people next to you are likely going to respect the rules and not be noisy. I was given a housekeeping day, but housekeeping never showed up.
My dislikes are mild, and if I needed a long-term stay again, I would rebook here without hesitation.
