She wouldn't take my id when over the phone she said it was no problem

Creepy zombie like meth heads roaming the parking lot at night, looking for something of YOURS to steal. I refused to stay there! I made a reservation, but was late getting there. They would not let me check in. I went to Budget Inn around the corner and was very happy. They charged me for the night. I sat and watched all the all the freaks roaming the parking lot at around 10PM. If you value your property, or ypur life, you will not stay here.

The next day I called and spoke to the General Manager. He was extremely rude on the phone. I went to the office to explain what happened and how they knew when I was arriving, but screwed me over anyway! The "manager" was dressed like a gang banger, and acted like one. He was absolutely the WORST hôtel manager I have ever met in my entire life. I called Booking and was sent overseas to someone who spoke broken English and refused to help me. My retort was that it was the last time I will be booking a stay with them. The whole site and they are a SCAM! BOOK WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY! You can thank me later!

When I don't like the macro location is the whiff rap around the location, but all in all it is clean and there are no problems in my room with the exception that there's no elevator but I'm satisfied, thank you.

Area, and housekeeping

I was never able to stay sadly because of an employee named Daniel who refused to give assistance or do his job. Also he was beyond disrespectful referring to myself and other guest.

Only one roll of toilet paper, one bar of soap, and two towels were offered for the entirety of my eight-day stay. I was told that if I wanted more toiletries, I had to provide them myself. The office staff were not available during the hours when they were supposed to be. The office manager would put up signs that said he would be back at a certain time, and was never back at the specified time. On one occasion, I noticed that four visitors were waiting in a line in front of the office in the middle of the day at a time well after the sign in the office window said the manager would be back. All water completely stopped working for several hours in my room at one point, including the sinks, shower, and toilet. The manager generally did not have a pleasant demeanor.

The air conditioner didn’t work to well.

There were dead baby roaches under the sink, mouse droppings, throughout the room. The couch was filthy looking. I cancelled my room right away.
