Auswahl an Wurst ,Käse, Müsli usw. vorhanden

Cons:

Zimmer: spartanisch eingerichtet, z.B. Zahnputzbecher fehlten, Pappbecher zum Trinken, Kofferablage fehlte
Frühstück: Essenauswahl (Wurst und Käse nicht abwechslungsreich)

Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen, alles klappte problemlos. Das Check-in ging rasch, das Check-out noch schnelle

Unser Zimmer war gross, hell, alles wunderbar. Beim Betreten des Hotels duftete es immer fein!

Cons:

Ein zweiter Stuhl als Ablage im Zimmer hätte gut Platz!

Nettes Hotel
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig, die Zimmer sind gut, aber die Teppiche müssten mal ne Grundreinigung bekommen.
Frühstück ist gut, aber sehr eintönig.
Personal teilweise sehr nett.
Auswahl an Getränken ok, aber an der Tankstelle gegenüber günstiger.
Reperaturen wurden schnell behoben (flackernde Lampe)
Zimmer zum Innenhof teilweise laut auf Grund der rangierlokoks.

Cons:

Alle drei Tage wird das Zimmer gereinigt,, auchr wenn ein Tag später die Abreise ist.
Nicht optimal geregelt.

War zufrieden, sehr schön aber der Preis für 4 Tage, für Hamburg wohl angemessen

Cons:

Die Lage war nicht so zentral aber wenn man gut zu Fuß ist, war man schnell im Zentrum

Personal geht nicht wirklich auf einen ein.
Die Stühle im Essensbereich sind eine Katastrophe.... Unbequem und man getraut sich nicht abzulehnen da die Stühle extrem nachgeben.

Das Check-in/ Out funktioniert so: man geht an die Rezeption, bekommt ein Code aufgeschrieben, man geht an ein Computer und macht einen self Check-in, geht zurück zur Rezeption und man bekommt seine Zimmerkarte.
Anstatt gleich alles an der Rezeption zu machen
Das macht alles umständlicher und zieht alles unnötig in die Länge.

Die Lage ist super, die Zimmer sind ok und das Personal super nett.

Cons:

Es wäre schön wenn es im Zimmer Gläser oder wenigstens Pappbecher geben würde. Der Teppich ist auch nicht mehr der sauberste.
