Sehr gut gelegen

Cons:

Die plastikstühle waren sehr sehr unbequem. Das frühstücksbufett war sehr lieblos dahingelegt und sehr hoch für kleinere Leute

Good staff, good location, would probably use it again if going to Hamburg

It was an ideal location for our plans. We walked to several places we wanted to visit. Didn't need taxis

Cons:

die Parkgebühr sind schon extrem. hoch. Es sind 23 euro pro tag, man sollte aber bedenken, das auch ein angefangenen Tag schon mit 23 Euro berechnet wird. Wir sind an einem Mittwoch angereist und wollten Freitag nochmal los da waren wir schon bei 63 Euro. Haben dann außerhalb geparkt und Samstag sind wir abgereist

Soweit Alles okay, man muss das mögen-da Alles nur mit Karte zu erledigen ist. Auch die Bezahlung.

Cons:

Als Hotelgäste 23,00 €/Tag für PKW Stellplatz zu zahlen ist schon happig und unverschämt.

Cons:

Im Vorfeld hatten wir wegen der Gehbehinderung meiner Frau ein Zimmer möglichst nahe am Lift nachgefragt - erhalten haben wir eins fast maximal vom Lift entfernt.
Mitten im Checkin-Prozess via Tablet wurden wir durch eine Mitarbeiterin alleingelassen, weswegen wir ihn neu heginnen mussten.
Die annoncierten kleinen Speisen wurden durch eine Mitarbeiterin verneint, später am Abend erhielten jedoch andere Gäste welche.
Einzig das sehr gute Frühstück verhinderte eine noch schlechtere Bewertung.
Weiterempfehlen werden wir das Hotel gleichwohl keinesfalls.
