Very good hotel in a good location. Recommended.
Pros:

Everything about the hotel was as described and met all our expectations. The owner was on the property when we arrived and made us very welcome and explained all necessary for a great stay. Very helpful in organising a taxi for us for pick up the next morning. I wasnt sure about the self check in but no worries as owner was onsite.
Beautiful room and very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel . Only negative was the lack of catering for breakfast but options were nearby.

Very good. Would stay here again if back in Dundee.
Pros:

Great location and VERY easy to find by car coming from West. Great communication and warm welcome. Spacious room. Grand house and entrance. Helpful guide with spot-on local food recommendations. Nice to cut down to riverside from Perth Road and walk along the 'prom'.

Cons:

Room was chilly on arrival but soon warmed up and we had all heat control. Pillows were a bit hard and (huge) bed a bit soft for husband but not me. Light traffic noise outside at times (we had ground floor front room).
