Very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated room. Kenny was super friendly and helpful. We had a beautiful view east over the water through our bay window. This is a really beautiful building. Short stroll down Perth Road to many bars, restaurants and groceries.

Absolute delight in Dundee
Pros:

The room, The Darling, was amazing!! Huge, super clean, so thoughtfully decorated and equipped. We met the owner Kenny who was so interesting Provided a lot of information about the property and the town. Great suggestions on where to eat and very accurate walking times. 10/10 would recommend.

Hele mooie suite met handige gadgets.
Pros:

Een hele mooie suite met uitzicht op de rivier. Toegang is met code maar bij aankomst was de hele vriendelijke eigenaar er ook . Er lag een heerlijke Dundee cake en een klein flesje melk. Allerlei handige gadgets in de kamer ! Ongeveer 20 minuten lopen naar het centrum maar er is ook een bushalte voor de deur.

Very comfortable and would happily stay again.
Pros:

Room was very bright, clean and just as it had appeared on the website photos. Parking was easy and convenient. Kenny the host, and the other staff that we met were very pleasant and helpful.

Cons:

A pity that there wasn’t a toaster in the kitchenette, although perhaps that’s a health and safety thing.

Was brilliant peaceful stay
Pros:

This place was brilliant the room was outstanding with lovely toiletries in the bathroom . Very safe place as I had my two year old grandaughrer with me . Was met at the door by Kenny the owner he was lovely . Forgot my phone charger he kindly gave me one . The wee kitchen had everything I tea coffee biscuits and a nice wee dundee cake we took back for my daughter who said it was delicious. Thankyou very much Kenny for amazing stay we will definitely be back . Would recommend this place 👌. Has everything your looking for being away from home and super clean .
