Pros:

The room was lovely and fabulously designed, and with a great view of the sea. Nice to have a mini kitchen and lots of space. Entrance was handled with electronic locks and personal code numbers. Street parking was easy.

Cons:

It is a couple blocks walk to restaurants and stores in Dundee's West End. There was a bit of road noise.

Everything - the location, cleanliness, decorations, charming character of the place, and lovely views from our rooms.. Easy & clear check-in instructions, the owner was also on site when we arrived. Plenty of free parking in the street right in front of the accommodation. Rooms are well equipped with a kettle, mugs, plates etc., and a delicious Dundee cake! We booked 2 rooms (a single room plus a suite), and both were equally neat, well stocked and comfortable. Nice toiletries in the bathroom, super comfy beds, spotless linen and towels. We only stayed 1 night but would definitely recommend this property for a longer stay if you're in the area, and I'd surely stay there again.

Es el mejor alojamiento en el que nos hemos alojado en Escocia.
El baño nuevo, amplio y limpio.
La habitación súper amplia, bonita y limpia.
Teníamos una mini cocina por si queríamos llevar comida o algo y nos dejaron algún detalle para picar.
El alojamiento tiene aparcamiento pero también puedes aparcar en la calle.

Pros:

Really easy to get to, loved the atmosphere of the room and the view from the jenny room.

Cons:

We weren’t very keen of the hallway air freshner. Maybe something much lighter? Otherwise everything else was great!

Beautiful private hotel in a good location
Pros:

We had a great stay at The Clarendon. The room was large with a very comfortable bed. All the public areas are beautifully decorated as are the rooms. It's a thoroughly lovely place to stay. I enjoyed using Alexa to open the curtains. The guide to Dundee is great for working out where to eat etc. Parking was easy and free which is always a bonus.

Cons:

The shower takes forever to heat up. I am sorry but I didn't rate the Dundee cake. It's a nice idea though. Also, why does Alexa display the temperature in Fahrenheit? I asked her to change it to Celsius but she said it couldn't be done.

Classy stay in Dundee.
Pros:

This accomodation was simply fabulous! It is a beautifully restored heritage house with very tasteful decor.
Although there was contactless check in, I was met by host Kenny which was nice.
The room was very spacious with high ceilings, and a comfortable KS bed with nice linen. Everything was super clean.
The bathroom was good with a lovely shower, hot water and nice toiletries.
I was able to park my car right in front of the house.
The bonus was having a kitchenette also.

Cons:

Only that I was not staying for more than 1 night.

Nothing to fault. Crisp clean bed linen. Contemporary soft furnishings & artwork. Immaculately clean. Huge room with added bonus of kitchen facilities, microwave & hob. With dinning table with great views to the river Tay.
Loved the Alexa app for opening the curtains & calling reception. Cannot fault my stay, loved it!
