⭐️ Превзошёл все ожидания!
Pros:

Отличный отель, который оставил только самые приятные впечатления! Несмотря на то, что мы останавливались всего на одну ночь, сервис был действительно на высшем уровне.

Нам бесплатно повысили категорию номера до Deluxe и без каких-либо доплат заселили уже в 11 утра, что было очень приятно после дороги. Мы путешествовали с ребёнком, и сотрудники отеля сами предложили заранее подготовить и застелить раскладной диван для него, хотя мы даже не просили об этом. Такие мелочи показывают настоящее внимание к гостям.

При выезде нас также ждал приятный комплимент от отеля — коробка вкусных конфет.

Сам отель новый, современный, очень красивый и безупречно чистый. Номер был просторным, стильным и очень комфортным.

Отдельно хочется отметить завтраки — они превосходные. Большой выбор блюд, всё свежее, качественное и действительно вкусное.

И самое главное — персонал. Все сотрудники были очень вежливыми, доброжелательными, внимательными и профессиональными. Благодаря такому отношению чувствуешь себя желанным гостем.

С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова и с уверенностью рекомендуем Gregory Hotel всем, кто приезжает в Кишинёв. Огромное спасибо всей команде за тёплый приём! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Отличный отель! Остались только самые приятные впечатления. Очень понравились сервис и уровень обслуживания, персонал всегда был внимательным, доброжелательным и готовым помочь. Отдельное спасибо за возможность сделать поздний check-out, это было очень удобно и оставило приятное впечатление о заботе о гостях. Также большим плюсом является наличие приватной парковки. С удовольствием остановимся здесь снова и будем рекомендовать этот отель друзьям!

Pros:

Το ξενοδοχείο ήταν πεντακάθαρο, με άνετα και προσεγμένα δωμάτια, ενώ οι εγκαταστάσεις ήταν σε άριστη κατάσταση. Το προσωπικό ήταν ιδιαίτερα ευγενικό, χαμογελαστό και πάντα πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει σε οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε (ιδιαίτερα ο Eugenio). Το πρωινό ήταν πλούσιο και πολύ ποιοτικό, με μεγάλη ποικιλία επιλογών. Η τοποθεσία ήταν ιδανική, προσφέροντας εύκολη πρόσβαση στα σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Στα συν και η αναβάθμιση του δωματίου που μας έγινε από το ξενοδοχείο αλλά και το δώρο φεύγοντας!
Η συνολική εμπειρία ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας και σίγουρα θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά.
Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Pros:

Very clean, good location close to the city center but on a quiet street, staff attentive and polite, nice breakfast. I appreciate the free room upgrade and the farewell box of chocolate.

Cons:

It lacks some amenities that usually are in the 5* standards: tissues in the bathroom, a coffee machine (not instant coffee), a towel that has a proper size for hair washing (the small one is too small), a choice of pillows (soft and hard, instead of hard and harder), a phone, some papers and a pen. Just minor things.

First we loved the service all stuff as being kind and polite Marius &Katalin were above all trying to make our stay comfortable and easy. Helpes us eith every dingle wuestsion with patience and kidness.
We slso liked thd frenvh window with the view and the privacy of the bathroom.
Also breakfast was rich and very satisfying.

Cons:

Almost nothing its a beautiful hotel
The public transportation is poor but this is all around Chisnau but as long ad the taxi fare is good than problem is solved
