The bedding was not clean, and a staff member had to come to our room at 11:00 p.m. to replace the bed sheets, duvet cov

Cons:

When we were getting ready for bed that night, we found some long black curly hair that did not belong to us on both beds and on the pillows. We reported the issue to the hotel. At around 11:00 p.m., a staff member came to our room to inspect the situation and then replaced the bed sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases. I had to wait in the room while they changed all the bedding, which took more than half an hour. Definitely not a pleasant experience before going to bed, ot has left me wth little confidence in their cleanliness.

Really good for business or a holiday
Pros:

Really clean, comfortable bedding (which was a full sized king, rather than 2 singles pushed together with the void in the middle). Well situated in a nice and quiet area with good food options around, although the restaurant on site is really nice.
Staff were great, having the off site gym is really nice as its fully equipped rather than the standard hotel basement gym.

Cons:

not a lot to talk too in terms of negatives... if I was to be super fussy I'd say one elevator for such a large amount of rooms was at times annoying. Although the gym was well equipped it was a little shabby and cramped.

The room was lovely and modern. The bed was super comfy and the amenities were of good quality,
24 Room service, albeit pricey was a nice touch. Loved how quiet the room was.

Cons:

I was disappointed by the shower pressure, at a 5 star hotel this should be better.

Nice hotel, good facilities, comfy.
Pros:

The Mayfair had a really nice premise with a cafe/ restaurant that's is located perfectly on the bottom floor

Cons:

The room we stayed in was comfortable however a lot of dust in hard to reach areas that are visible to the eye.
As well as some of the staff not having very forth coming communicational skills.
