מקום מרשים וטכנולוגי, הקמצנות חוגגת במקום.
Pros:

מיקום מעולה, מלון מרשים ביותר. אהבתי את העיצוב. הרצאה על הכוכבים על הגג וצילומים מרשימים של הירח ונוגה.אהבתי את כל הטכנולוגיה החדשנית במלון.

מקלחת קטנה מאוד, שירותים מקולפים, אין מספיק שמיכות ונייר טואלט
ארוחת בוקר קצת מצומצמת ללא גבינות בסיסיות,אין הרבה סלטים אבל בסדר. הבעיה שצריכים לקחת את הצלחת שלנו לבופה,קצת מציק ואין אפשרות לצלחת נוספת. אין פרות בארוחת בוקר, נותנים לנו צלחות קטנות ויין שנשאר מהאורחים מאתמול. בקיצור,קצת קמצנים. הרצאה רובה ברומנית וגם לקחו הרבה כסף לא היה על הגג אפילו כיבוד קל ושתיה.

Schuster House deserves all the praise it receives. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.
Pros:

We had an excellent stay at Schuster House in Brașov. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center, with many great restaurants and attractions easily accessible on foot.

The rooms are beautifully decorated, everything is impeccably clean, and the attention to detail is outstanding. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

Cons:

This is truly a hotel that leaves nothing to complain about—we loved everything about our stay and couldn’t find a single downside. Although the hotel does not have its own parking, there are paid parking spaces conveniently available nearby.

Wonderful in every way
Pros:

Everything, decor was amazing, staff, location, breakfast - food was absolutely excellent! Roof terrace was breathtaking.

Cons:

We were in the annex and the weather was hot so if you’re in the single bedroom the air conditioning doesn’t quite reach it so it was warm (but cool in the main room).

נהננו מאוד מהשהות שלנו במלון .

מלון בוטיקי מקסים במיקום מצויין .
חדר גדול ומרווח כנל גם חדר הרחצה .

Cons:

בחדר הרחצה לא היה שמפו וקונדישנר ירדנו לקבלה כדי לבקש הם אמרו שבדיוק נגמר להם אבל אם אנחנו רוצות הם יכולים למכור לנו בקבוקון - קצת תמוהה ולא מכבד .
ארוחת הבוקר הייתה טובה אבל אם ביום מסויים הם עושים בצי עין או מקושקשת ואתה רוצה סוג אחר הם דורשים 6 יורו ( כי זה לא מה שהם הגישו באותו היום ) , אותנו הם לא חייבו למרות שביקשנו דברים אחרים .
