We appreciated the close proximity to the beach, and the apartment was very well equipped.
Communication was poor. On the day of our arrival, we did not receive the entry code, and they were not immediately reachable by phone. Responses to our questions would sometimes take hours or even until the next day, including issues such as the laundry not working or the parking being full. We did not get the invoice even when asked twice.
1) The location was really good
2) the kitchen appliances were nice
1) The air conditioner in the bedroom is high so it blows on you as you sleep. The air conditioner is also ridiculously loud.
2) not central AC
3) the bedroom sheets aren't white which is gross
4) the shower is very high up and hard to use for me even though I am 5'10"
5) they left virtually no space to put clothes so we had to keep them in our bags. While it was nice they gave us towels then there was no room to hang up clothes

Great location although a bit north of most of the restaurants but not bad. Clean and had a great kitchen. Nice having a separate bedroom. Good value for a suite in this location.
Really was overall nice. Motion light across the way kept going on and off all night, and with the frosted glass door it kept shining into the living room. But obviously nothing they could control. Might have some type of blind over the door to shield from the light. But that is a minor issue. Bathroom sink was a bit slow to drain.

AC so loud impossible to sleep and had to turn off during the stay. I suggest owners to replace/fix

Great location, pretty large room with two queen beds(one better than the other). Very nice shower and HOT water. Fairly quiet even though it’s next to the Rip Tide live music (ends around 9:00pm).

The location is excellent. The air conditioner is very noisy—it hums constantly, making it impossible to sleep at night. The shower smells of sewage.

Good location
Late check in (4pm) and early check out (10am). Cleaning staff was already waiting short before check out. Room was ok but not really clean. Broken warm water for some hours without notice, we couldn't have a shower after beach.

La ubicación es muy buena. El departamento es muy cómodo y tiene todas las prestaciones necesarias.
No existe la atención al público. Es pésima. Solicité ayuda por booking sin respuesta alguna. La verdad es que una lástima porque con muy poco podrían lograr tener un gran alojamiento.

Our stay was during a very cold snap in February and the property has no heat.
The shower on/off is placed on the wrong side of the sliders, so to take a shower you have to get into the shower to turn on the water. Also the sliders to the shower don’t keep the water contained and lots and lots of water leaks out on to the bathroom and bedroom floor.
