櫃檯客服人員危機公關處理不佳，我針對為何退房後一天還沒收到當初入住時的押金，櫃檯人員直接把客告訴當成對他個人的不滿，充滿情緒的回應，還沒辦法接收到客訴的重點。還得讓客人重新整理客訴的訴求才能知道怎麼處理。

只會回應這就是飯店入住時的SOP，嗆客人如果你對於押金要7-14個工作天才能返還，有問題為什麼入住的時候不提出……

這個服務的素質有愧於萬豪集團的品質
