Felt like a big kid myslf. All staff went above and beyond. Cannot say 1 bad word about staff at all. They all amazing
Pros:

Perfect for kids. Also for the big kid in adults. I loved it

Cons:

No mirrors. Only in bathroom. The price of eating in restaurant for 2 adults and 1 kid was absolutely ridiculous. We ate first night. After cheaper to get uber for food.

Pros:

Lots to look around at and keep yourself occupied. Lego theme was brilliant! Kids enjoyed looking at all the figures in reception.

Cons:

It was a long walk to the golf which I didn’t realise and didn’t have a car.

Nice place for once on a while

Excellent Knights’ room
Supportive staff at reception
Plenty of kids facilities to play with
Nice & clean hotel

Cons:

Very Poor breakfast …. They asked to select slot. When we attended at the selected slot, everything in hot /cold food was almost finished, even fruit was only two apples available.
Parking far off from the hotel, dragging luggage especially with kids is a big issue.

Great for kids especially younger ones

So handy for legoland.
Our grandson loved his room & the many play areas

Pros:

Close to Legoland and ample parking

Cons:

No air conditioning in the woodland units and it was 36c
Food menu for woodland restaurant was terrible, kids wouldn’t eat 90% of what was on offer

Place is lovely but not set up for summer/ heat

Beautiful asthetically, clean and pretty new

Cons:

No air con, it was 34 degrees, we were given two table top fans- these did not ease the heat/situation- no sleep had
