Great stay at Legoland - If we were to return we would stay again.
Pros:

The cabins were clean and ideal for a family wanting to stay close to the park. Despite being semi-attached they were extremely quiet. Kids loved it.

Cons:

Check-in felt like it could be streamlined to reduce wait times. Breakfast only had one staff member on seating families, again adding a delay. Continental breakfast and drinks counters were laid out in an illogical way. Having cups underneath where others are filling cups on top created a chaotic experience. It'd be better to have cups/bowls at one end and drinks/cereal at the other creating a one-way system and keeping things orderly.
Our QR order didn't reach the kitchen for breakfast despite receiving an email confirmation. After 40mins being sat there we eventually went to the kitchen to enquire. A member of staff did rectify the issue promptly but this left us late to enter the park.
No anti-slip mat for shower. Little man slipped over so we had to put a towel in the bottom.

Felt it was over rated accommodation
Pros:

Only good thing was proximity to Legoland Park.

Cons:

Over priced for room as it wasn't the cleanest. Staff not helpful at all. Was standing next to a person who wanted to check in and was told she had to wait 4 more mins until 1600 which was the check in time. Staff had no idea and couldn't answer questions that were asked. Food offered wasnt the greatest. Over rated accommodation. Need older staff to be able to make decisions based on maturity rather than policy.

Lovely stay but spoilt by food issues!
Pros:

Stayed in a Woodland Lodge...fast check in, clean and comfortable.
Early entrance to the park.

Cons:

Booked a table for dinner and breakfast.
At dinner we were seated promptly but then sat there for 20 minutes waiting for drinks!
2 waitresses were stood chatting!
We left and I drove to dominoes in Windsor.
Breakfast was lukewarm.

Kinda of stressful
Pros:

Nice chalet

Cons:

I was there because my son his wife and children were staying at resort hotel and found it very difficult to get from chalet to main hotel. Bus stop was far from entrance and no signs indicating location of bus stop.

Pros:

住过世界各地很多家乐高乐园酒店，温莎挺一般的。

Cons:

设施相对旧且玩乐设施很少，整个酒店缺少乐高的那种快乐氛围。早餐也非常普通。没有想明白为什么停车场全是石头地，行李箱很难拖出来。

Pros:

Staff were good bud food was very poor.

Cons:

When made booking on booking.com specifically selected Legoland Resort Hotel but when arrived found out its booked in Woodland village, missleading by the booking.com. won't use it again.

I had been impressed as well as my child and I definitely would like to come again with my daughter

It had been extrémny Close to gate of the park. The park on its own good entertainment for kids. Very engaging to kids. Customers help very helpful

Cons:

Had found lot of information about stay once we arrived. Parking tickets which I did not have to purchase for visit to LEGOLAND as had been included in stay as did not know before
