Reasonable
Pros:

The breakfast was nice.
My bedroom was on the top floor which was a problem as I'm an angina sufferer

OK but not great!
Pros:

Room was poor - no ensuite facilities - had to go down a corridor for both toilet and shower - and shower very hard to get and hold correct tempreature.
Breakfast was pretty good. Location was good.

Cons:

Room - needs to be ensuite. Not advised in any correspondance that it wasent.
Up two flights of stairs - no lift - a little awkward.

One of the worst hotels i've stayed in ever !
Pros:

we arrived the man was very lively walked up two sets of stairs which were very steep and floor board were moving ! we arrived in our room wow the bathroom smelt of musty smell there were cobwebs all over the walls thick black dust and d iron the fan which i have photos the bathroom
bath was clean but all around the bath was filthy dirt i also have photos my daughter wouldn't go to sleep because of the cobwebs the bunk bed wasn't even on carpet its was dirty dusty never stay again ! the breakfast was as ok only ate the beans and toast as the mushrooms felt like you had a mouthful of oil in your mouth very oily and fried tasteless for £170 i thought it was daylight robbery

well most thing dirt cobwebs they may need to higher a proper cleaner it smelt musty and the bedding didn't smell clean was very disappointed even the bathroom floor felt like it hadn't had a clean considering it states on the bedroom door that a future queen of somewhere stayed there i'd be embarrassed

It was clean . It was in lovely location.

Dated and tired . Uncomfortable bed and pillows . Unfriendly staff and no welcome . Poor quality breakfast.

The overnight stay was ok as we were visiting family.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Choice of cereals plus full English breakfast. Fruit juice

Cons:

View from my room poor overlooking back roofs but hotel front rooms were fully booked. Ok for one night pillows on bed were very hard

wish it could have been longer
Pros:

stayed before and will stay again. sitting in the bay window for breakfast with the friendly seagull outside was great

Cons:

sticky tables - not dirty just the surface is forever sticky. staff tried very hard to sort out but the tables need a sand down with a new finish

The only good thing was the bed

Cons:

Found it dirty very dark didn’t attempt to use the shower it was so dirty and grubby didn’t even try the breakfast didn’t like to chance it definitely wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone

A nice place to stay but a bit basic
Pros:

The location was ideal and right on the sea front, it was ideal as an overnight stop, the breakfast was lovely and filling with different options for vegetarians and vegans

Cons:

Rooms were hot and stuffy even with the fans on and window open, some of the lights weren’t working in places, the magnetic fire door openers didn’t seem to work

We had a lovely few days here for my husband‘s 50th fun we had laughs and a good breakfast
Pros:

Staff were very friendly and helpful chef cooked up a wonderful breakfast cleaners done a good job of keeping the rooms tidy and clean. Would’ve been nice to see the manager engage more with the customers Andy was very helpful a gentleman that works there the two young boys could do with a bit of a boot up the backside bit more of a hindrance than a help but pleasant enough looking forward to our next visit iMessage the hotel to explain it was my husband’s 50th birthday they put banners and balloons up which was very appreciate

The manager not being about an engaging with the customers I actually thought it was somebody staying in the hotel

Sehr schade da es Potential hat
Pros:

Es war vor einigen Jahren alt aber mit Charme und Blumen vor dem Haus .
Und preisleistung war ok

Cons:

Inzwischen ist es sehr heruntergekommen und auch schmuddelig und lieblos
Es sieht auch von außen sehr dreckig und lieblos aus
