Pros:

Sehr nah am Flughafen. Shuttle fuhr sehr oft. Das Essen im Restaurant war auch gut.

Cons:

Wir waren 4 Personen und es fab nur 2 Handtücher. Wir haben 2 bestellt. Dir wollten sie in 15 Minuten bringen aber die wurden nie gebracht.

Buena infraestructura, muy regular la gestión.
Pros:

1. El desayuno.
2. La recogida en el aeropuerto

1. Él aseo de los pasillos del piso 7. Habían escombros en el piso. Hay humedades al rededor del ascensor.
2. El control remoto del TV no funcionó. Llevaron un segundo control que tampoco funcionó.
3. No había acondicionador en el dispensador del baño.
4. En la nevera no habían bebidas ni ningún producto consumible.
5. Las toallas demasiado curtidas. Ya requieren darse de baja.
6. El personal de la recepción no es claro en la información a la hora del check in.

The maids and front desk personnel were very good.

Cons:

The restaurant. A limited menu was one problem only 5 or 6 items out of 50 available. The restaurant was full long waiting and all because they didn't have food. This is unacceptable. You don't run out of food at a 4 or 5 star hotel. I was there 2 days and on the second day had to go to the airport to eat. The hotel needs a full time jardinero and a janitor. The safe didn't work and I left early and didn't get a take out breakfast. I'm very disappointed. The owner spent a lot of money in this hotel, it the upkeep needs attention. One special occasions you need more help. A lot of people flew into Cali for the presidential change.

Pros:

Cercanía al aeropuerto. Traslado permanente. Amabilidad de recepcionistas y personal del Restaurante. No para desayuno, buena calidad de productos y a buen precio.

Cons:

Dos torres separadas por más de una milla. Sistema de funcionamiento de traslado: Vans viejas. Sistema de coordinación poco claro por ausencia de recepcionista en torre de alojamiento. Mis maletas fueron subidas por el traslado a aeropuerto ( hombre de ojos claros) 8.30 am app 7/8/2026, y puestas paradas. En primera curva se cayeron y rayaron. El conversa por celular cuando nos deja por tanto imposible señalarle lo sucedido.
Desayuno de mala calidad. Huesos revueltos recogidos, fruta desabrida. Poca oferta.
