I enjoyed the breakfast set up and the room was quite spacious. Overall, it was a nice stay and you feel a bit luxurious throughout the hotel.
My boyfriend and I stayed for 2 nights and since we’re on the younger side (21), we were treated a bit more loosely. We weren’t greeted when we first walked in and had to approach the desk to be acknowledged. Throughout our stay, we would come back later in the evening and made a point to say hello to the front desk worker. It was never reciprocated. This wasn’t technically a hotel staff problem but kids were running back and forth on the upper level hallways throughout all hours of the day and night. Being on the bottom floor made it very loud with big booming sounds constantly.

The location was good. The suite and the facilities are also pretty good and well-maintained. The on-site staff team are also great and helpful.
I was mistakenly charged an extra $100, but the backend staff is not helping me. They refused to provide me with some very simple documents when I requested them.
Large clean rooms. Area felt safe.
Had to request pool towels twice; I waited about 20 min after asking the first time then had to go to the front desk to ask again.
Cleanliness
Very welcoming staff, the rooms were clean and comfortable. From something as simple as providing slippers to asking if we needed anything for the night like toothbrushes or snacks. Everything was great!
