A localização é sensacional. Excelente bairro com o melhor que se pode oferecer em restaurantes, cafés, bares noturnos etc

As instalações estão muito ruins. Cama fazendo muito barulho, colchão ruim, box banheiro vazando água, portas ruins, equiptos sem manutenção, até o filtro de água não funcionava, esteira sem regulagens, etc
