Ótimo café da manhã, bem variado e atende bem. Hotel muito bem localizado, próximo a inúmeros restaurantes com opções de cardápios e ambientes diferenciados. A equipe é bem atenciosa e solícita.

Cons:

Registro apenas por preciosismo, uma vez que de modo geral o hotel é bom. O preço do café da manhã avulso é meio elevado, mas é completo e diversificado.

Hospedagem regular.
Pros:

Café da manhã atende a expectativa, localização no centro de tudo em porto alegre e atendimento dos colaboradores.

Cons:

Limpeza dos quartos que eram mal feitas, falta da limpeza dos itens de cama e banho que não eram trocados apenas as toalhas, banheiro bem apertado, limpeza dos móveis do quarto. Tinha resto de era de hospede anteriores, cabelos pelos cantos e grudado nas roupas de cama, cortinas manchadas nas barras (falta de limpeza).
