Cons:

Ar condicionado do quarto não funcionou, hotel estava lotado e não tinham quarto para casos de overbook. Resultado, ficamos sem ar condicionado e uma noite fria.
Ficaram de me retornar para oferecer algum benefício devido ao ocorrido e até agora não obtive retorno.
