فقط وجود المطبخ والغساله للملابس

اولا تعامل الريسبشن تجاه مشكلتي أنا حجزت الفندق على اساس وجود التكييف بس للأسف التكييف سيئ جداااااا وأكلم الريسبشن وقلت لهم غيرو غرفتي قدامي عائلتين غيرتو غرفهم عشان التكييف يقول لي اللي قاعد بالريسبشن

色々な面で満足でした〜

お部屋も清潔で洗濯機があり助かりました。駐車場も丁度空きがあり、スタッフも親切で朝食も美味しかった。立地もUバーンの目の前で便利でした。

würde ich wieder buchen
Pros:

Lage ist sehr praktisch, man hat UBahn Richtung Zentrum direkt vor der Tür. Shoppingmall direkt vor der Tür. Frühstück war sehr gut. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sauber.

Cons:

Die Tiefgaragenparkplätze könnten besser ausgeschildert sein.

部屋を宿泊できるように用意がされてなかった部屋自体は多少広いのかもしれないがリビングが狭くソファも一つ少ない

Gut gelegenes Hotel, ausgewogenes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
Pros:

Schöne und komfortable Einrichtung, tolles Bad mit WC, Im Flur eine kleine Küche, tolles Frühstück, sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Auf der Terrasse sehr viel Vogelkot, volle Aschenbecher, Brandlöcher in den Polstern von den Zigaretten.

Very expensive price for uncomfortable sleep and dirty bathroom.
Pros:

The kitchen corner of the room. It had got everything for cooking and serving. Only dish soap was missing and I had to use hand soap to wash the dishes. No cooking oil as well. Salt, pepper and sugar are available.
The fact the hotel is just by the Milaneo mall and the U-bahn. You can buy food from Aldi supermarket and cook your meals in the room.
The fact we could check-in in the morning, because our flight arrived early in the morning, we were travelling during the night and were exhausted. They managed to check-in us at 11 a.m.
We could visit the State Library just in front of the Milaneo mall for free and could go for a walk to a very beautiful park 15-20 mins far from the hotel. We could ride an electric scooter to the park and in the park.

Cons:

Finding the hotel and the hotel entrance once we exited the U-bahn at Stadtbibliothek without internet took us almost and hour (the map on Booking is not true), although the hotel was just by the U-bahn elevator, because of wrong pointing of Premier Inn and Aloft hotels on the Booking.com map, you could not find the Adina hotel where the map says. No name indication outside the building, only at the entrance door of the hotel itself, like if it was a company name inside a building. In fact the Premier Inn hotel shares the same building as the Adina hotel, you can easily see the entrance of Premier Inn, but not the entrance of Adina, which is at the rear side of the building. A kind German man helped us showing us the word "Adina" near the roof of the building. The word was in gray color as little as you can't see it and the building itself was light gray, almost invisible.
Mattresses were awful for that expensive price! Pillows, too. Sleeping was very uncomfortable. The room was not clean enough. There was hair in the bed. Bathroom was dirty (the shower base was not cleaned at all). If we weren't as tired from the travel I would place a complaint. I was expecting a great accommodation for that expensive price! The only plus was the location, near the mall Milaneo.
When we arrived at the hotel I asked to leave the luggages until they managed to prepare the room for early check-in, because on Booking.com they offer that service. They took our baggage inside their staff room and gave as a paper with a number, saying they do not care any responsibility of any lost of personal belongings. You are expected to trust the staff they won't open your suitcases or backpacks! And you don't see where your luggages are kept in. Don't use this service! Instead, you can use the free password-protected lockers in the Milaneo mall.
The swimming pool was unusable because of the lack of air on that floor. Child got disappointed.

Modernes, sauberes Apartment mit Top-Lage und allem Komfort - wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Das Adina hat uns sehr positiv überrascht. Das Apartment war modern, sehr sauber und hat alles gehabt was man braucht: voll ausgestattete Küche, bequemes Bett und ein großes Bad. Die Lage ist perfekt, direkt an der Stadtbahn und in 15 Min in der Innenstadt. Der Check-in war unkompliziert und das Personal sehr freundlich. Für einen Städtetrip und auch für längere Aufenthalte absolut empfehlenswert.

Nichts. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt
