Insgesamt ein schöner Aufenthalt; die Zimmerausstattung eingeschränkt für den Preis.
Pros:

Frühstück wurde direkt ins Zimmer serviert, da es keinen Frühstücksraum gibt, aber es war sehr gut. Lage ist sehr zentral und in der Nähe des Strandes.

Cons:

Badezimmer ist sehr klein (eher eine Badenische).

Te technisch en te duur voor wat je krijgt.
Pros:

Goede ligging, netjes en schoon.

Cons:

Alles is electronisch geregeld. De kamerdeur, de lichten, het openen en sluiten van de gordijnen, etc. Dat moet allemaal via een app. Doe mij maar ouderwets met een sleutel en lichtknopjes.

Nice hotel if you are not adverse to electronic gadgets.
Pros:

Clean, well furnished and spacious room, abundant and good quality breakfast. The hotel is well located in a quiet street with many restaurants and beach within walking distance. The suite we rented has a small kitchen, including a dishwasher, hot plate, microwave and table/kitchen utensils.

Cons:

- Too small bathroom with no partition for the shower.
- Access to the hotel and the room through an App that you must load using a link received by WhatsApp, alternatively you can use a code that is buried somewhere in the App. We arrived at 5:00 pm and there was nobody at the reception. If you are not a regular user of WhatsApp, you can easily miss the message. There is a bell and a video camera, which we used (I had not seen the message) and somebody answer and tried to explain to me the whole system. A very frustrating experience.
- All light functions, closing of the curtains, heating, request for cleaning the room and changing towels work using the same App on your cellphone. There is a backup with keyboards on the walls, but the whole system requires reading the instructions and sometimes result and weird functions. Definitely not for people that are reluctant to spend much time on their phones...
- Forget about parking in the street, all parking is paying by credit card at 7 euro/hr, assuming you can use the paying machine that speaks Dutch only. The hotel has no parking facility, so it is strongly recommended to use the third party service they offer (15 euro/day).

Overall my stay was excellent and I would stay there again anytime I visit The Netherlands.
Pros:

I liked the authenticity and the family atmosphere. The owner Harry and his daughter were outstanding in their quest to ensure that we had a wonderful experience. I liked the location.

Cons:

I didn’t like the stairway and I believe for future quests it would be helpful if they were aware of the steepness. I also found that the description of the hotel listed an oven and there wasn’t one and that was misleading.

Es war super! Alles hat gepasst. Würden jeder Zeit wiederkommen.
Pros:

Lage war optimal, nicht weit zum Strand, Bahnhof, Zentrum. Was Besseres gibt es nicht.
