Wish we had more than one night

The staff is incredibly kind. The room was perfect had everything one could ask for. Location is the best, recommend for singles, couples, families or for work.

Disappointed that Hyatt can have such standards

Location is good. Dining staff were excellent and provided very courteous and hospitable service.

Cons:

Very disappointed that Hyatt can stoop to such low standards. The rooms are extremely small and the sinks are laughable. An average person would not be able to brush their teeth without spilling water with such a small sink. The mirror in the room is hardly 2ft by 1.5 ft - what do you do with a mirror of this size? Everyday we had issues with towels and not having enough drinking water in the room. The front staff tried to help but did not go out of their way to resolve our concerns. On the other hand the dining staff were great and that was the one great aspect of our stay.

It was a good stay. Ausi Vero tried her best to make me feel at home.
Pros:

I had a long stay so my room was upgraded and for that I appreciate.
The staff by the breakfast was very friendly and helpful.
Ausi Vero and her team are exceptional with their chefs at the background.
There was just no varierty of food at breakfast. There was only one cheese, one youghurt, one type of nuts no seeds at all.
Corrisants were very freshly baked but very limited on most of the days.
Spinach receipe can be improved.
I was always looking to the water melon at breakfast.

The house keeping ladies, Lerato, Olga, Belinda and Anna were very friendly and understanding.
I lked the clean and comfy towels every day without fail.

Cons:

I made my booking through booking.com. I was tossed between the hotel and booking.com when I wanted to reschedule my stay. That was so frustrating. The reception team can be more productive and helpful, try to follow up on the requests made.

Me cobraron por un servicio que no brindaron

Cama cómoda y baño amplio y limpio aunque falta mejor iluminación.

Pedí hacer un late check-out a las 18:00h pagando, por supuesto, y me dijeron que solo podía hacerlo si pagaba la noche completa. Accedí al pago solicitado pero para mi sorpresa no hicieron la habitación, no cambiaron las toallas y cuando las solicité en recepción para poder ducharme me dijeron que habían tenido un problema y no tenían disponibles! Pagué la noche completa para poder usar la habitación 6 horas y el servicio fue HORRIBLE. No siquiera atinaron a decir le devolvemos parte de lo pagado ya que no pudimos prestarle correctamente el servicio.

Comfortable Stay in a Great Location

The accommodation is very comfortable and conveniently located in a great and safe area of Johanesburgo . The breakfast is good, with a generous selection, and the extended serving hours are a great bonus, allowing for a more relaxed start to the day. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the hotel only has one elevator, which often resulted in long wait times, especially during busy hours. In addition, the televisions were not Smart TVs, which limited the entertainment options during the stay.

Pros:

Staff was friendly, location was great 👍. The checkout time is the best thing as well as breakfast being served till 10:30 in case you want to sleep in.

Cons:

The air in the hotel rooms was very dry, even with the aircon turned. I really struggled to fall asleep. The staff though friendly, would sometimes forget you existed. Especially at breakfast. The corners of the bed were very sharp, bumped my knee and foot into them a couple of times.
