Great stay in Rosebank
Pros:

The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, they really made the stay. It was great to be so close to the shops and restaurants of Rosebank, as well as the Gauteng station. The room was a good size and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Tudo ótimo no hotel! Limpo, organizado, com toda a infra necessária (cama confortável, banho bom, ar condicionado, serviço de quarto,etc.), o café da manhã é uma maravilha, e os funcionários são super simpáticos. Foi a melhor escolha! E a localização também é ótima, ao lado do shopping.

Nádherné ubytování a jedna z nejlepších hotelových snídaní co jsem zažila. Kousek od klidného a bezpečného centra Rosebanku. Jednoznačně bych se zde ubytovala znovu.

Disappointing stay – very noisy and poor sleep
Pros:

The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful, and my room was cleaned to a very high standard every day. Fresh towels were also provided daily, so thank you to the housekeeping and front-of-house teams.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the noise was a major issue throughout my stay. There is construction taking place immediately next to the hotel, right outside the guest room windows. During the first few days, construction started around 6:00am and finished around 5:30pm, which I could understand. However, on my fifth night (Thursday), the construction continued through the night and into the early hours of the morning. The noise was so excessive that I was unable to sleep at all that night.

The description of the facilities at the hotel need to be clarified as we did not realize that it was a Halaal hotel. It makes it difficult for entertaining business colleagues

Very nice, modern hotel. With excellent staff and a very good breakfast. The option to do laundry was greatly appreciate

Cons:

Awful experience checking in.
Firstly check-in is at 16.00 and we were only checked in at 18.00 - had to wait in the lobby with an unwell elderly family member.
Secondly - check in staff was checking us under incorrect booking /name
Thirdly - locked bag was tampered with by housekeeping.

Great location but nothing exciting about the hotel
