Condo in historic building next to Independence Mall, has spiral staircase and upstairs bedrooms
Pros:

Excellent location next to Independence Mall, close to everything. Plenty of street parking (limited to 2 or 3 hours) and nearby garages (staff recommended Bourse garage). Condo itself is located in the Ledger newspaper building with historic charm.

Cons:

The hotel should make this clear - the apartment has a spiral staircase leading to bedrooms, one of which has a very high step. In other words, not suitable for senior with mobility issues or very young child. Otherwise the condo is very nice and well decorated. It is downtown so there are homeless on the street, but fortunately there is also strong police presence so overall reasonably safe (always exercise caution).

For 1 night it was adequate. But I'll never stay there again when I have to go back

Pricing. Parking was outrageous. Room was way too small. Tv was a joke. Mounted weirdly on the wall no cable or satellite. Had to find other ways to watch the game.

Cons:

Unit didn't have washer and dryer; very loud from street and independence hall bell; staff not very communicative, worn room interior (worm out sofa), smell of pets, not enough sockets near the bed, sounds from open piping

Absolutely loved the apartment! Would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

Location was perfect! Just about a 2 minute walk to Independence Hall. There were so many shops and restaurants within walking distance that we did not need to use any public transportation. The place was very clean, comfortable, safe and such a great value!

Cons:

We were a bit surprised by how much of the city street noise we could hear inside the apartment. They do however supply a sound machine in the bedroom for nighttime.

I booked a “1 room” for 2 people. It ended up being a micro studio, a very small room. Not what was shown in the photos.
