Comfortable room and nice hotel workers.
Pros:

Good quality professional reception workers, they was helpful and kind service always. Our room was even better than in pictures because we had two balcony and we was expecting only one. Bed and pillows was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was diverse. Good experience of this 3 nights visiting it was worth of money.

Cons:

Sound protection from outside is not good, balcony doors have air holes so we can hear all traffic noises.

Will come back here for sure when back in Hanoi.
Pros:

Nice and quiet. Convenient and everything seems easy and efficient.

Cons:

There was a bad smell in bathroom everytime the door was closed. Very acid type of odor.
