Very disappointing experience.
Pros:

Cleanliness and close to our work place. Complimentary snacks and sugary drinks.

Cons:

Wi-Fi: Extremely weak in the rooms, making private video meetings almost impossible. We had to sit at reception for a better connection, where vendors sometimes spoke loudly without staff intervention.

Air conditioning: The fresh-air intake had apparently been switched off for a long period, making the room air uncomfortable and causing me to feel unwell.

Customer service: Most disappointing was the manager’s response. Despite knowing that a customer had become unwell, instead of showing understanding, the manager made the cancellation process unnecessarily complicated through repeated communications.

Not very good at this price point. Could be cheaper as the facilities are very basic
Pros:

Staff is friendly and professional. Prompt in service. Location of the property is also good. Overall property ambience at the reception is good.

Cons:

Very small rooms in the name of queen suite. Poor power back up, electricity keeps on coming and going. Experienced too many power fluctuations. Menu also very basic and not much to order for in room dining.

I will never ever book any of the bloom hotel

- Location
- Staff behaviour was not very client oriented and left the property after few hours of check in. They didn't even ask us what is the problem that we can correct.
- Rooms very basic and not the worth of money they are charging
- kitchen was not very clean

Uncomfortable and not worth paying for.
Pros:

The breakfast is nice, hotel is clean. However I would never stay here again.

Cons:

The location is great if you need to commute in and around Hitec city, kondapur, Madhapur and to the airport etc. The room however is terribly uncomfortable, the mattress dips and sinks in odd places and you don’t actually get restful sleep in.


Cleanliness wise there is no issue but the beds are terribly uncomfortable. I did have two issues aside from this:

1. They made me wait half an hour to get my car out of their parking lot. It was blocked by another vehicle that they had no head or tail of which guest it belonged, terrible mismanagement on their part due to which I was delayed to a meeting. Thankfully the guest arrived, and they swiftly moved their vehicle. They even told me that they had given all their details to the front desk along with the car keys should such a need arise, despite which the management were unable to identify the car or the key. Terribly frustrating!


2. During our check in process, while we had filled the forms and signed physically and sent in our govt recognised ID proofs, we were additionally forced to login to their WiFi as proof of our check in. I’ve never heard of such rules even in 5 star hotels. It was downright harassment at this point.

Ok but maintanence should be improved
