Amazing!!🤩🤩
Pros:

The hotel is very beautiful, perfect for people who want to relax away from the city and also a perfect destination for couples. I liked the dinner at the beach with a live band and also I appreciate a particular lady called Esther at the reception, who was very helpful, responsive and professional in her work. Thank you!

The staff. Absolutely amazing people. Huge smiles and big hearts. Was a genuine pleasure to spend time with them. Manager Eric was really attentive and went out of his way to ensure we had a good time. His staff follow this high standards. Very personable and approachable manager!

Massages were superb. Pili and Michi were.magic.

Estor and Cicilia always smiling and welcoming at the front desk

Eric leads by example.

Chefs and wait staff went above and beyond.

I wish I could mention everyone by name as they are a special team.

A 5 star resort is more than jist the facilities. Its aboit the atmosphere.

Cons:

A little remote and roads are quite poor. It is very peaceful and quiet beach. Very, very beautiful though.

Lovely staff, great food, nice pool.
Pros:

First of all, the staff is amazing. They are all so sweet and kind.
The hotel is on a good location, and they have a great pool.
Every day they try to help you and greet you on a really personal level.

We got a room upgrade (from our POV; there were almost no other guests at the moment we checked in, so they wanted to locate all the guests in only two buildings, which we do understand). But the upgraded room was really nice. The beds in both rooms were really comfy and big, nice mattresses.

The ac was leaking in our room and there was a lot of noise when we had doors closed. There was another guests playing hard music at the pool so we talked to the staff and they changed our room (and talked to the guy) so that's really sweet of them.

They have an amazing pool area with really good beach acces and nice sunbeds towards the beach. Outside on the beach and on the road you can have some nice walkes and explore the area a little.

We booked half board so we had breakfast and dinner. The food and the variety was really good. The quality of the food is amazing. Tastes really good, local style and heaps of healthy options.

Two things what really had effect on our joy during our stay was the fact that the buffet opens at 1930, which was really too late for us.
Because we booked half board but didn't know it'd be that late, otherwise we wouldn't have stayed here. That's a personal preference.

The second thing was the really open structure from the bedroom to the bathroom. There's no door between bed and toilet area, which we really didn't like. For us a toilet is just a private space and it shouldn't be included in the room like this.

Oh, and from my opinion; they aren't aloud to call their 'gym' a gym, because you can't get a proper workout done. Machine is half broken, hardly any weights and no space.

Not sure if we'd go back, if we do it's without dinner but still the toilet situation is a no go for us.

Die Zimmer und der Strand waren super. Das Personal war extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Hotel liegt an der Ostküste Sansibars. Was wir leider nicht wussten, dass die Gezeiten im Osten extrem sind. Das Wasser geht soweit zurück, dass man hier kaum baden kann. Für einen reinen Badeurlaub ist das Hotel leider nicht zu empfehlen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet könnte ein wenig mehr Kreativität vertragen. Wenig Auswahl und sehr einfach gehalten. A la carte schmeckte lediglich gut. Wir haben einiges von der Speisekarte ausprobiert, gefühlt ein Fastfood Restaurant. Mit den Möglichkeiten, die man vor Ort hat (frischer Fisch, Obst und Gemüse) könnte ein guter Koch das Restaurant aufwerten. Wenn man richtig gut essen gehen möchte, geht man 5 Minuten zu Fuß auf die gegenüberliegende Insel.

Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel. La nourriture était de bonne qualité, variée et agréable au quotidien. L’ambiance générale est sympathique et détendue, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus plaisant. Un grand merci à Esther, la manager, pour sa compréhension et son écoute — elle a su être disponible et attentive, ce qui fait vraiment la différence. Je recommande.

Perfect for comfortable and lazy vacation.
Pros:

Spacious and comfortable rooms, nice pool area and dinner on the beach were the main reasons I came back to Toa for the second time.

Cons:

Small things could be improved, more variety of food for vegetarians, for example. The beach was slightly more disappointing compared to last time, but the hotel cannot do much about it.

Perfect picturesque paradise location…can’t wait to visit again
Pros:

The hotel was set in such a beautiful location, we stayed in a suite with a hot tub overlooking the beach. Watched the sunrise, the tide come in and out.
The staff were amazing! Ester the front desk manager was phenomenal, Prince, Tausy and the rest of the team was amazing also.

I booked for my birthday and the staff went out of their way to make the day feel really special for me
Pros:

The property is very well structured, modern finishes in the rooms but you also get a feel of “Africa”. The gym is great, the rooms are superb and the restaurant was excellent

Wyjątkowo udany pobyt, dość kameralny i bardzo czysty hotel, ładne pokoje, wspaniała obsługa, pyszne jedzenie, doskonałe masaże, bardzo wygodne baseny, wszystko świetnej jakości i w dobrej cenie. Zdecydowałam się na pobyt all inclusive i bardzo polecam to rozwiązanie.

Cons:

Podobało mi się wszystko, jedynie niepokojąca jest rozbudowa hotelu, co grozi utratą kameralności, ale dzięki niskim budynkom nie ma wrażenia molochu hotelowego.
