Très bon établissement très confortable et idéalement situé
Pros:

Très bon emplacement
Suite très spacieuse, nous avons eu le choix de la suite, ce qui est très agréable
Au calme
Beaux espaces intérieurs et belle piscine

Cons:

Peut être le manque d’ascenseur dans notre aile mais ce qui n’était pas si dérangeant car nous avons été aidés pour les valises

Pros:

Confor y servicio del hotel muy bien. Limpieza y ubicación excelentes

Cons:

Se estropeo el ascensor y tardaron varios días en arreglarlo por lo que era incomodo bajarel equipaje 3 plantas. Es más nos marchamos y no estaba arreglado aún. No creo que sea culpa del hotel pero si responsabilidad de que el areglo se haga con mayor rapidez por el bien de los clientes

L’hotel è in centro e la struttura riprende le case antiche messicane con il cortile interno e le arcate. C’è un ristorante all’interno dove poter fare colazione ed eventualmente pranzo e cena

Cons:

I pavimenti dei bagni non sono particolarmente puliti, il personale del ristorante è abbastanza scortese (in particolare un cameriere piccoletto con gli occhiali), l’unico molto gentile era Rolando. Anche le persone in reception, quando andavamo a chiedere informazioni, sghignazzavano fra di loro.. probabilmente il nostro spagnolo non era perfetto ma il loro atteggiamento era molto fastidioso.

Très beau bâtiment historique impressionnant de hauteur sous plafond. Grands salons, grande chambre et piscine agréable auprès du bar.
Emplacement exceptionnel au centre ville.
La réception a conservé nos bagages jusqu'à l'après midi.

Cons:

Musique trop forte dans l'espace commun.

Eramos dos personas. Solicitamos a una de las empleadas de recepción toallas adicionales, en concreto una de mano adicional porque sólo ponen una y otras dos de cuerpo porque las necesitábamos, nos respondió con malas formas que eso no era posible y que en todo caso podrían darnos otras si les entregabamos a cambio las sucias nosotros, es decir, teníamos que bajar a recepción y entregarlas. Cabe destacar además que el estado de las toallas era muy mejorable, estaban amarillas y muy desgastadas. Por otra parte, cuando hicimos el check in el personal de recepción no se molestó en indicarnos donde se encontraba situado el parking del hotel, parecía que les daba pereza levantarse de su sitio y acompañarnos al parking.
