Pros:

Location

Cons:

Rooms are very small, no balcony at all. It seems like I am living i an hole. On putting chairs in rooms, we cannot open doors. My rooms is located in dining area and everyone including staff keeps looking into the room.
Most difficult part is the entry route to the hotel. It is so narrow and has rusted iron pillars on side which lead to scratches on my car.
