Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito, muy bien ubicado y el personal amable.

Cons:

Se reportó la televisión que no tenía señal y no lo resolvieron, los frigobares están de adorno porque no enfrian y hay lugar solo para tres autos.

Stylish and well renovated hacienda style, clean and comfy
Pros:

The rooms were divine, the small private patio we had enjoyed views of the city, stunning at night.

We were lucky enough to get one of the available parking spots on the patio, and the team received our baby's car seat to keep it cool.

Cons:

We were let into our room at a little late, at 4pm after a short wait in the reception. It was super comfy and fresh even with a lot of sun so we didn't mind. The beds were softer than we like but that happens to us in most hotels.

La ubicación es inmejorable, el mejor plus de este hotel.

Cons:

La habitación no tiene ventanas, para claustrofóbicos revisen qué cuarto les va tocar.
Las camas son muy duras.
No tienen máquinas expendedoras ni room service.

El personal se portó muy amable en todo momento. Las habitaciones son muy bonitas y cómodas, todo muy limpio. El hotel en general tiene una decoración bonita y agradable.

Pros:

Nuevamente me hospedé por un día y el lugar es lindo. Pero pienso que pueden fijarse más en detalle como 100% de limpieza dentro de las habitaciones. Los tapetes y alfombras en pasillos están viejos y sucios, les sugiero que los cambien para mejorar la imagen. Igual la limpieza en muebles de recepción, recomiendo la limpieza a fondo. Lo recomiendo pero en esta ocasión cumplió más o menos.
