L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter Vienne très proche de la rue la plus commerçante, restaurants à proximité pour le soir après une journée de visite, avec une gare très proche pour le transfert vers l'aéroport. Personnel au top

Cons:

Le mini bar ne fonctionnait pas avec une température du frigo a 30° et aucune amélioration après le signalement a l'accueil, ainsi qu'une salle de petits déjeuners un peu petite pour des clients qui arrivent tous à la même heure

Kleines Hotel in perfekter Lage. Wer auf Frühstück nicht sonderlich Wert legt, der ist hier richtig.
Pros:

Netter Empfang, die junge Dame sehr hilfsbereit. Wir waren sehr früh da, konnten bereit einchecken und das Gepäck deponieren. Ein paar Tipps für die nähere Umgebung gab es ebenfalls. Zimmer und Bett gut. Lage des Hotels ist für einen City Trip perfekt

Das Frühstück ist deutlich verbesserungswürdig. Die Auswahl sehr klein, damit kann man aber durchaus leben. Was aber nicht gar nicht ging, waren anscheinend aufgebackene Brötchen vom Vortag. Diese waren innen komplett hart. Wir haben diese an den Tresen gebracht und darauf hingewiesen, dass die ungenießbar wären. Kurz darauf kamen 2 Mitarbeiterinnen (Inhaber?) und haben sich am Tresen darüber aufgeregt, warum der Kunde die nun nicht isst... Haben wir mitbekommen. Insgesamt wirkte das Frühstückspersonal als überfordert und auch unfreundlich.

Top Lage für WE-Trip in Wien
Pros:

Super Lage, sehr bequemes Bett, freundliches und bemühtes Personal, Klimaanlage (in den höheren Etagen absolut notwendig wegen direkter Sonneneinstahlung), sehr gute Öffi-Anbindung

Frühstück war gut, das Konzept mit den fertig gerichteten Tellern pro Person jedoch schwierig, da es nicht jeder Gast verstand und das nachnehmen bzw. auswählen, was man möchte, erschwerte;
ich bevorzuge ein klassisches Buffet.

Cons:

Das Kaffee- und Teezubehör bestand bei 3 Nächten aus einem einzigen Sackerl grünem Tee, die Steckdose war zwar in Bettnähe, allerdings hing da die Nachttischlampe dran, eine andere gab es nicht
beim Frühstück am Sonntag war das Personal deutlich überfordert oder unterbesetzt, Geschirr türmte sich auf den Tischen, das "Buffet" und die Filterkaffeekannen waren längere Zeit leer

Отличен хотел, разположен на изключително комуникативно място със всички видове транспорт, както и на пешеходно разстояние по Мария Хилфе до центъра.Персоналът е културен и любезен. стаята имаше две изложения и всички удобства.Хотелът предлага добра закуска.

Cons:

Дръжката на вратата на банята беше счупена от самото начало и падаше долу на земята при по-силно дърпане, за което уведомихме, но не беше поправена до края на престоя ни.

Blizina metro i tranvajske stanice. Sve je bilo odlicno. Čisto, kreveti udobni, osoblje usluzno. Preporuka od mene. Dolazimo ponovo.

Cons:

Čini mi se da je bilo malo osoblja u vreme doručka. Pa smo stvari koje nedostajale morali da trazimo oba dana. Devojke su bile vrlo usluzne i odmah su donele hranu. Doručak je ok.

Location- close to metro and tram

Cons:

Very modest already prepared plate, boiled eggs, some fruit, overall not good. If you want coffee from the coffee maker- you have to pay. Dishwasher working during the breakfast time. Uncomfy pillows. Dust on many items in the room.

Buena relación calidad-precio.
Pros:

Bien ubicado, colchón cómodo, personal agradable y atención al cliente buena. La ducha y el lavabo están independiente de la taza.

Cons:

Las almohadas demasiado finas. El desayuno muy pobre y con poca variedad, aunque suficiente para estancia corta. No nos dejaron toallas el primer día que llegamos, cuando nos las dieron, una de ellas estaba sucia… pero no le pedí una nueva porque ya nos íbamos porque teníamos prisa. Lo bueno es que por la noche llamamos a un número de teléfono que dejaron en la recepción y le pedí unas nuevas y enseguida nos las llevaron a la habitación.
