Pros:

Die Zimmer waren absolut in Ordnung. Sauber und modern.
Die Lage ist auch gut. Es ist nicht weit zur nächsten U-Bahn Station und dann ist man ruckzuck am Stephansdom.

Cons:

Das Personal ist nicht besonders freundlich.
Das Frühstück lässt auch sehr zu wünschen übrig. Es fehlt immer etwas. Das Personal ist diesbezüglich nicht sehr aufmerksam.

Schicke, unpraktische Zimmer
Pros:

Günstige Lage am Westbahnhof.
Freundlichkeit und Kommunikation an der Rezeption.
Modernisierte, schicke und saubere Zimmer.
Viele Süßspeisen beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad.
Keine Handtuch- Aufhänger oder Stange/n im Bad und im Zimmer keine extra Garderobe oder Haken.
Der Schrank ist eine Kleiderstange mit 6 Bügeln; keine richtigen Fächer oder Schubladen.
Das Frühstück ist verbesserungswürdig: kein Rührei, richtiges Brot und normale Brötchen gab es nur einmal, keine Abwechselung bei Wurst und Käse, Saft verwässert. Die internationale Verständigung mit dem Personal beim Frühstück war schwierig.
Die Fernsehkanäle waren über 980 Speicherplätze verteilt und mussten nach Programmen durchsucht werden.

Pros:

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war das Schlechteste, was ich je in einem Hotel erlebt habe.
Wir hätten gerne mit unserem Sohn ein Frühstück zu seinem Geburtstag genossen. Es wäre aber peinlich schlecht gewesen. Wir haben verzichtet und sind wo anders hingegangen.

Ratikka meni läheltä hotellia. Huone oli siisti, sänky oli hyvä, saatiin lisätyynyt pyytämällä. Aamupala ihan hyvä ja riittävä.

Hygiene. Het was absoluut niet goed schoongemaakt er zat in de badkamer zelfs een vastgeplakte tissue aan de muur.
Weinig diversiteit bij het ontbijt.
