Free shuttle to and from Arlanda airport
Everything is ok
I called the helpdesk to get instructions on how to access my apartment, as this is a staff-free hotel. The support representative was incredibly helpful and friendly, guiding me step by step through the process of unlocking all the doors. The service was excellent and made the check-in experience very smooth.
The apartment was fresh, modern, spacious, and very clean. The beds were comfortable, and everything was well maintained. Its location close to the airport was also very convenient. Overall, a great stay!
The hotel is relatively close to the airport, which can be convenient if you only need a place to stay overnight between flights.
The shuttle transfer instructions were not very clear. Finding the pickup point required extra effort, and since the airport is quite large, this may be confusing for first-time visitors.The stove in our room was not working, which caused some inconvenience because having a kitchen was one of the reasons we chose this accommodation. There was also no information about the Wi-Fi connection or other useful instructions in the room, so we had to contact the hotel staff for assistance.There are virtually no shops, restaurants, or other facilities nearby. The only option is a gas station with very high prices. As a result, the kitchen is not as useful as it seems, especially if guests do not have easy access to groceries.
Overall, the value for money did not meet our expectations

Everything.. pretty close to the airport, excellent transfer to and from the accommodation, wonderful customer service, and the best value for the money. Nothing to complain about.
