Our stay at Hotel Parliament was absolutely outstanding and exceeded all our expectations. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and taken care of, but what made our experience truly unforgettable was the exceptional service during breakfast in the hotel restaurant.
We would like to express our deepest gratitude and admiration for Ms. Dominika and Mr. Robert. Their kindness, professionalism and genuine dedication to their work were visible in every detail of the breakfast service. They were always ready to help, attentive to our needs, and went out of their way to make sure we felt comfortable and special every single morning.
Ms. Dominika was incredibly polite, thoughtful and professional, always with a sincere smile and helpful suggestions. Mr. Robert impressed us with his efficiency, warm attitude and sense of humor, which created a relaxed and friendly atmosphere at breakfast. Thanks to them, every breakfast felt like a first-class experience, not just a standard hotel buffet.
The level of service they provided is truly rare nowadays. Their outstanding hospitality turned our stay at Hotel Parliament into something much more than just accommodation – it became a wonderful memory we will happily return to. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, especially because of the remarkable work of Ms. Dominika and Mr. Robert, who are a true asset to the entire establishment.
This complete lack of negative aspects made our stay exceptionally relaxing and enjoyable, and allowed us to fully appreciate the wonderful hospitality at Hotel Parliament.

Room was small. Closet space was small.
I am sorry to say but I can´t say anything good about my experience staying at this hotel. The price is overrated for the service you get there.
Booked 2 suites for a weeding and contacted the Hotel days before to organize before I checked in. Then when we checked in there was nothing prepared and nobody knew anything. Luckely I got the suites on the same floor after 1 hour talking to the manager in the lobby. I think the room prize is so overrated because of the location.
Overall not happy with my decision to book this hotel for such a big day in my families life

The room was very comfortable as were the public areas. The breakfast was nice.
It was expensive
The hotel is in an excellent location, and we liked its overall design. Our room was quiet and a reasonable size for a two-night stay. The restaurant was good, and we enjoyed some lovely food.
The mattress was not the best quality and could have been more comfortable.
The hotel appears to focus heavily on accommodating large tour groups rather than individual travellers. Compared with our stay at The Reykjavik EDITION, the staff at the Parliament Hotel seemed disinterested and unfriendly. Even the barman serving coffee was particularly unwelcoming.
On our second evening, we were advised to order room service because three large groups were dining in the restaurant. After three unsuccessful attempts to place an order by phone, we gave up and went to the restaurant, where we found several tables for two available despite the groups.
We emailed the hotel about the poor service that evening but never received a response, which was disappointing.
