Great stay, we would come back
Pros:

- Great location
- Staff was friendly and helpful during the whole stay
- Breakfast was good with plenty of options (even a pancake machine)
- Nice touch: refilled water bottles in the room every day
- Chocolates at arrival made the welcome feel special
- We mentioned our preference for a room on a high floor and it was perfectly arranged before we arrived
- The deposit was returned to my card immediately after check-out, which I really appreciated
- The corridors always smelled very nice and fresh

Cons:

The only downside was the room size. Even the superior room felt quite small (more than expected), and we are visiting from Europe, so we are already used to small hotel rooms, but this one felt smaller than what the pictures showed.

Great hotel to stay at
Pros:

Liked the location of hotel it was near everything,
Room was clean, not noisy at all

Cons:

The only issue I had was the radio didn’t work on the tv as wanted to play music and also didn’t work to connect my phone to the TV to play music.

Pros:

It was in a great location. the furnishings were interesting and great huge be and it was quiet.

Cons:

A bit stingy with milk and tea bags but could have been the fancy box that stored them wasn’t big enough for more. The room had a small table with a chair & stool by it - 2 chairs would of been better

Perfect location, great stuff, large and very clean rooms!
Pros:

Location was perfect, Room was a really great size with a fantastic view to St. Pauls. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful and made everything work. Only weird thing: I was on the fifth floor in a room that was for handicapped people, I hope I did not take that away from someone who needed that room. But it was a perfect stay and I would love to come back to this hotel
