Schrecklich - nicht nur die Bettwanzen.

Cons:

Es gab Bettwanzen, das Zimmer war extrem klein und dreckig. Außerdem sehr ungeeignet, wenn man mit großen Koffern reist, da die Stiegen und auch die Zimmer sehr eng sind. Große Koffer können nicht einmal aufgeklappt werden. Das Personal tat zwar sehr freundlich, hat uns aber bei den Bettwanzen nicht ernst genommen, angelogen und ist auch nicht unseren Wünschen nachgekommen, unser Zimmer und die Koffer auf Bettwanzen zu inspizieren.

Que dire de plus à part ne séjourner pas dans cet hôtel ?
Bon positionnement de l’hôtel, personnel agréable à l’accueil et en rentrant dans la chambre, c’est la catastrophe.
De la poussière partout, des taches sur les draps ( ont ils était changés entre les précédents voyageurs ? ), un évier entièrement fissuré et le sol extrêmement sale.
En lisant les avis chose que l’on avait déjà fait, on remonte beaucoup plus loin et on tombe sur des commentaires indiquant également un problème d’hygiène.
On décide d’être gentil et de passer outre même si en réalité, cela nous a impacté.
Viens la dernière nuit où ma compagne se réveille et vois une punaise de lit promener sur la matelas. Elle l’a tue et n’arrive plus à dormir à cause de cela.
Le lendemain matin ( car personne n’est présent de nuit ) on nous demande si tout va bien. On répond alors que non et que nous avons trouvé une punaise de lit. L’homme est « choqué » et remet en cause notre hygiène.
Celui-ci ne nous proposera aucun geste commercial pour cela et surtout nous répétera à plusieurs reprises de ne pas mettre un avis défavorable sur booking car c’est le meilleur site pour leur réservation.
Nous avons été outré de voir une telle demande sans même une compensation et cela prouvait également qu’ils avaient quelque chose à se reprocher.. après avoir encore plus explorer les avis nous avons découvert que nous n’étions pas les premiers alors surtout, si vous ne voulez pas être infester chez vous, c’est le lieu à fuir !
