Pros:

We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days, and they helped us with everything throughout our stay. The location is excellent it’s within walking distance of almost everywhere. We were very satisfied and would definitely recommend it.

Great place right on the city centre . Easy to check in, friendly staff. Room was clean and spacious. Busy area but it gets quiet around 8pm. Good value for money

Great location just steps from the main train station and AC worked really well

The room was so cute and had just what we needed. AC was amazing and the location was great.

Somente localização.
Super decepcionada com este hotel, que mais parecia um hostel com banheiro privativo.
Fiquei no 3 andar, escadas incrimes e quase caracol. Degraus estreitos. Cortina do quarto cheia de furos, passava a claridade. Quartos com pessima acustica.
Banheiro com box minúsculo, ao tomar banho, molhava todo o banheiro.
Pesquisei na redondeza, e havia outros hotéis com melhor qualidade e preço semelhante ao Ciopapa.
Nunca fiquei em hotel tão ruim, apesar da simpatia dos funcionários e localização.
Jamais retornarei a este hotel, tampouco vou indicar.

An over-priced stay in Amsterdam city centre
Pros:

Apart from the good location, the hotel has little to offer. My double room(solo occupancy) is clean but dark with a small window. Sound proofing is also poor. Charging a 2-Star/3-Star price is probably normal in Amsterdam city centre. No lift in the hotel and the stairs are narrow and steep.

Nice little hotel close to the railway station
Pros:

Good service, clean and quiet hotel close to Amsterdam central. Everything was easy to reach by walk. We had a good night sleep, thank you!

突然の宿泊が期間短縮にも丁寧に対応していただき、助かりました。猛暑の中エアコン完備されていた点はとても助かりました。入り口の階段は狭いので要注意。街中にあるため、すぐに買い物や食事に行ける点も高評価です。

Heel aardig personeel en we kregen een gratis upgrade naar een 3p kamer. Kamers zijn ruim, goede airco en fijne bedden.

Cons:

De kamers hebben geen koelkastje en geen leeslampje. Verder geen verbeterpunten.
