Ace has great interiors and a cozy vibe from the rooms to the lobby, and onsite restaurants. A great location for travelling to Sydney cbd for work or pleasure
Unfortunately the staff didn’t give the service you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Often they seemed overwhelmed and rushing to end the interaction quickly. Just an overall unpleasant air about the entire staff from the check in to checkout.

Staying at Ace Hotel had been on my bucket list for a long time, and it absolutely lived up to my expectations.
The hotel itself is very stylish and trendy, but what really made our stay special was the warm hospitality from the staff. Even though they seemed very busy, the reception staff were always kind and welcoming. I especially appreciated the staff member who kindly checked the stock room twice to help me look for my jumper. Thank you again for your help.
The room was beautifully designed and very comfortable.
The food and drinks were also really nice — particularly breakfast at Loam. The French toast was amazing and I will miss it very soon. The waiting staff also seated us at a lovely corner table where we could enjoy the atmosphere of the whole floor.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would love to come back again someday.

Roof top restaurant - overpriced and terrible lounge seating. Staff inattentive. Had to repeatedly follow up order. Room information promoted $2 oysters; but reality was $7 .
Location is quite good, staff on reception were helpful. Food is tasty and gym is well equipped. Good bar. Good shower.
Nonchalant waiting staff, noisy and busy in evenings. Couldn’t sleep one night because of the bass downstairs. Rooms quite cold and cramped.
