A very special stay with a very special customer care
Pros:

One of the best hotels we ever stayed at! Its location so close to Rethymno but yet in a more secluded and less ‘bad touristy’ area. The easy beach access on a gorgeous sandy beach without an overcrowded space where people do not pre-book sunbeds was our favourite aspect. The customer service team and the restaurant management team has to be called out, you never feel overwhelmed, there is a professional calmness and care for every single client’s experience, up to the point that some people would remember our room number and our group and followed up daily to make sure we were having a good time. The food is incredible, we decided to eat in 3 days out of 5 since the dinner buffet was delivered to a high standard with great variety and flavour, it was a very much refined taste. The rooms are incredibly spacious, well organised and high quality as well, the bed is very comfortable and you have a choice of pillows. The customer service ladies recommended a local guide which was THE highlight of our trip, professional and knowledgeable, the hotel seems to work with a filtered group of suppliers. The 2 pools ensure people are well spread out around the grounds without feeling cramped and stressed out.

Live music 3 days out of the 5 we were there and what a nice touch, not a cringe band, the complete opposite, sophisticated duo, band and sax player that added to the refined luxury experience.
We will return in the next years for sure!

Fantastic hotel with the best staff
Pros:

We loved the hotel and how it was right on the beach. The staff were amazing and looked after us so well.

Cons:

This is only a very small thing but an important environmental one - maybe consider switching from plastic straws which come in plastic coverings to paper straws and have a water cooler where guests can refill their own water bottles to reduce the amount of plastic used.

Absolute perfection!
Pros:

This hotel looks exactly like the stunning photos, and the team made our stay unforgettable. The pools are beautiful, the daily breakfast is an absolute event, and the entire property is fresh and immaculate.

Huge shoutout to Nicolette and the amazing staff! When our son got tonsillitis on a Sunday, they immediately got a GP to us in under an hour. For a big hotel, the personal care and daily check-ins on him were incredibly touching.

Loved the spa, gym, yoga sessions, and the endless pool loungers. It’s a scenic 30–40 minute stroll (or quick taxi ride) into Rethymno. We will definitely be back!

Cons:

Not a complaint just a tip - the beach is beautiful and sandy but right at the waters edgy there are stones, so its more comfortable to use swimming shoes.

Amazing!
Pros:

Excellent choice! The hotel staff was amazing, always friendly, helpful and welcoming. The hotel´s facilities are superb with more than a swimming pool. As an added bonus we enjoyed live saxophone music during Monday breakfast. It was a wonderful experience that we would gladly repeat.

Cons:

The internet (wi-FI) had a lot of instability in our room.

Beautiful hotel with the most amazing staff.
Great pool and bar area and just few steps to the hotel beach.
If you want a relaxing escape and a chilled out atmosphere this is the place.
We were so grateful that we got a fabulous upgrade on arrival which even enhanced our stay more.
The really nice lady in customer relations I think her name was Zaini was such a kind and caring lady and such an asset to this beautiful hotel.
