Very friendly and welcoming staff in a lovely location . The room manager gave up his time to listen to my adverse comments and gave us a complimentary late check out time
Room and bathroom design were poor for a 5 star hotel. The bidding system to upgrade rooms doesn’t befit a hotel of this category.
Nautilux feels like a newer, grand hotel, even if you might not get that impression from the exterior alone. You can tell the property is relatively new to the area, and the multiple pools and beach access are fantastic features. I imagine this hotel is especially beautiful in late spring and summer, when you can make the most of the outdoor amenities. We visited in the fall, however, and unfortunately didn't get to enjoy them because of the turbulent weather, strong winds, and high ocean tides.
The staff were easily one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and willing to help with anything we needed. Although some of the hotel's room service buttons and apps weren't working properly, the front desk more than made up for it by helping us order what we needed. I also appreciated that the hotel organized an event featuring a live singer to give guests something to enjoy during the bad weather. It was a thoughtful touch that made the stay feel more enjoyable despite the conditions.
The room was as advertised, with the feel of a standard four-star American hotel: comfortable, modern, and clean upon arrival. Overall, the property offers a relaxing atmosphere, excellent hospitality, and wonderful amenities, particularly for those looking for a quieter coastal escape.
Although the room was clean when we arrived, it wasn't cleaned every day, and we struggled a little to figure out which buttons to use to request housekeeping. The room service buttons and apps also weren't functioning properly during our stay, although the front desk was very helpful in resolving this.
There was some minor wear and tear around the property, though it would probably only stand out to a particularly picky eye and is understandable for a hotel situated right by the water. Our room's view was also not particularly appealing, although there was the option to upgrade to a room facing the water or ocean.
The location is worth considering depending on the type of trip you're planning. It's an easy walk to the main boardwalk, where you'll find plenty of restaurants and cafés, but there's not a great deal immediately surrounding the hotel itself. This may vary depending on the season, too. If you're looking for peace, relaxation, and a more resort-like atmosphere, Nautilux is a great choice. However, if you'd prefer to be right in the middle of the action, with more restaurants, cafés, and activity on your doorstep, I'd recommend staying in Old Town instead.
Schönes Hotel mit direkter Lage am Strand und ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß in die Stadt
Der Service ist kein 5 Sterne. Jeden Tag gab es Probleme mit Zimmerservice,erst keine Kaffeekapseln die angeblich aufgefüllt werden,dann immer wieder keine kleinen Handtücher/ Waschlappen und beim Frühstück müssten wir warten da " full" und keine Tische frei waren und dann im Gang an der Treppe essen. Auch der Kaffee morgens war grauenhaft,nach mehreren Rückfragen haben wir 15 Minuten gewartet bis man Kaffee eingeschenkt bekam oder es kam keiner...aber auch die Klimatisierung war schlecht, es hat immer gezogen und war sehr kalt im Speisesaal und bei Regen leihen überall Tücher,da es rein regnet. Also für den Preis überbewertet.

Honestly, finding something to dislike about Nautilux is quite a challenge!
Our nine days were pure bliss — peaceful, relaxing, with the gentle sound of the sea and the wonderful feeling of being somewhere that was clearly popular, yet never felt crowded. 🤭
Leaving wasn’t particularly heartbreaking… until we saw those happy, excited guests arriving, with their entire holiday still ahead of them, while ours had just come to an end.
That was simply unacceptable! 😂

Ein wirklich eindrucksvolles Haus mit außergewöhnlich aufmerksamen und sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Die Hotelanlage ist wunderschön und harmonisch gestaltet; ob am Pool oder am Strand, es war stets ausreichend Platz vorhanden. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Snackkarte – wenn man Vollpension bucht, kann man das gesamte Angebot genießen. Ich empfehle jedem die Vollpension, da diese auch ein Getränkepaket beinhaltet. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, es war perfekt. Schöne Zimmer mit Sitzgelegenheiten und tolle Aussicht!
Ein größerer Schrank wäre wünschenswert.

Food, staff, facilities, pool, everything was amazing! Room was big, well equipped and kept clean everyday. Breakfast options were amazing and we really enjoyed the variety and freshness of the ingredients. Gym and outdoor sport activities were well equipped and organized. Staff was very helpful and friendly - from parking, to reception, restaurant, but mostly to consierge - great recommendations received!
They were so thoughtful and considerate, that they sent a birthday cake to our room for my husband’s birthday :)

The breakfast was varied but often crowded.The hotel is very clean, and the rooms are luxurious and comfortable.The complimentary toiletries are of high quality.The pool area was very nice.
The reception staff were rude and unsmiling.The staff at the bar, pool, and beach, on the other hand, were excellent and helpful.Special thanks to our room cleaner, who was always cheerful and kept the room very tidy.
