Pros:

Beautiful hotel, so clean. Staff very professional. Rooms spacious. Location great, quiet area but can walk to old town or get taxi (taxi rank directly at back of hotel), there are a handful of nice tavernas within 2 min walk from hotel. Beach lovely. Plenty sun beds and no one puts towels out early. Breakfast great. It was one of our Birthdays whilst here and the hotel made a beautiful birthday cake. Restaurants in surrounding area are top class.

Cons:

Drinks & food prices in hotel. Appreciate they will be more but not double price of everywhere else. Think hotel should review this as didn't see many guests at bar, reduce prices slightly and will get more customers and increase overall profits

Tolle Anlage direkt an der Promenade Rethymnos mit sehr gutem Service!
Pros:

Exzellenter Service, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, tolle Zimmer und sehr gutes Essen!

Cons:

Falls man etwas anmerken möchte: Der Strand ist nichts Wildes, dafür kann das Hotel aber nichts :-)
Die Fliesen am Pool sind nass super rutschig. Eventuell könnte man hier regelmäßig mal nachwischen oder eine Lösung finden, anstatt nur das gelbe Schild aufzustellen.

Das schönste Hotel bisher
Pros:

Wir haben 10 Nächte im Nautilux verbracht und hätten ehrlich gesagt gerne noch länger bleiben können. Noch nie haben wir in einem Urlaub so gut entspannen und abschalten können.
Das gesamte Hotel ist wunderschön, sehr gepflegt und hat eine unglaublich angenehme Atmosphäre. Besonders begeistert hat uns das Essen. Das Frühstücks- und Abendbuffet waren jeden Tag ein absolutes Highlight. Die Auswahl, die Qualität und die Abwechslung waren einfach hervorragend. Auch die Snacks am Strand waren fantastisch – wir haben im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts fast die gesamte Karte ausprobiert und wirklich alles war lecker.
Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Man merkt, dass hier viel Wert auf Gastfreundschaft gelegt wird.
Die direkte Lage am Strand, die bequemen Liegen und das entspannte Ambiente haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag vollkommen abschalten konnten.
Wir reisen viel und haben schon viele schöne Hotels gesehen, aber das Nautilux hat für uns etwas ganz Besonderes. Wir sind mit wunderschönen Erinnerungen nach Hause geflogen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für einen unvergesslichen Urlaub auf Kreta! ❤️☀️🌊🇬🇷

Top, kommen gerne mal wieder
Pros:

Top Moderne Zimmer, sehr gute Ausstattung. Zimmerservice am Abend (frische Tücher, Wasser, Bett wird gemacht.
Genügend Platz überall.

ab und zu hat es aus der Lüftung im Badezimmer nach Zigarettenrauch gerochen.

Very nice, classy hotel with exceptional staff
Pros:

The attentiveness of the staff. The friendliness, the cleanliness, nothing was too much trouble. A very classy hotel and we can't praise the staff enough.
We will be returning.

Exceptionnel !
Pros:

C’était notre deuxième séjour au NAUTILUX. Comme la première fois tout y était parfait : tout le personnel aux petits soins de l’arrivée jusqu’au départ, toutes les infrastructures au top, tout y est hyper propre et bien conçu. Piscines, plage privée, etc…
Le petit déjeuner est le meilleur que nous ayons jamais vu lors de nos voyages. Quant au dîner buffet, il est tout simplement exceptionnel, avec des mets très divers et de grande qualité.
Une mention toute particulière pour Arizana et Zania que nous remercions vivement pour toutes leurs attentions et toute leur gentillesse.
Ne changez rien, à coup sûr nous reviendrons !

Tout est parfait, aucun commentaire négatif.
Nous regrettons juste que les enfants ne soient acceptés qu’à partir de 8 ans, car dans l’attente d’un bébé, les 8 années à venir vont nous sembler bien longues avant de pouvoir revenir…
Mais ce choix de la Direction, fait aussi que l’endroit est calme et reposant.

Gutes Hotel
Cons:

Sehr schönes Hotel und im sehr guten Zustand.

Lage direkt am Strand und ansprechendem Pool - ohne irgendwelche Animation.
Gebucht hatten wir eine Executive-Suite mit Meerblick und uns wurde dann das Maisonette-Zimmer für einen Aufpreis von 350€ für 7 Tage angeboten. Das haben wir für 6 Tage (ab Tag 2) in Anspruch genommen und trotzdem 350€ zusätzlich bezahlt.

Das Maisonette-Zimmer, war für uns beide eher unnötig, da es im Wohnbereich keine Couch hatte.
Es ist eher für Familien geeignet, da auf jeder Etage ein Doppelbett war und noch ein Zustellbett…
Das Zimmer hat zwar 2 Bäder, aber die sind wirklich klein.
Das Zimmer hat einen Balkon in den „Garten“, wobei das kein Garten, sondern das Hinterland ist.
Nach 6 Tagen gab es dann auch eine Bepflanzung:-)

Das Zimmer hat auch eine Dach-Terrasse mit Whirlpool (den ich für sinnlos halte), bei dem der Nachbar mit reinschauen kann…

Das Hotel an sich ist relativ ruhig, man hört aber alle Gespräche vom Gang mit.

Tiefgarage lohnt sich definitiv - auch hier ist man sehr zuvorkommend, kostet aber zusätzlich 15€ am Tag.

Das Frühstück war soweit in Ordnung. Abendessen haben wir nicht gebucht, da es genug tolle Restaurants in der Nähe gibt.

Preise an der Poolbar soweit in Ordnung (der Hotel-Kategorie entsprechend) - nur schade, dass es nicht möglich ist, beim Essen „halbe“ Portionen zu bekommen.

Servicepersonal unterschiedlich aufmerksam, wobei aber alle freundlich.
Besonders aufmerksam sind die Zimmermädchen (Frauen) und die Gästebetreuung.
Mit Reklamationen wird professionell umgegangen.

Da wir vor der Frühstückszeit abreisen mussten, gab es eine Lunchbox. Das ist eine nette Geste.

Wer kein Englisch kann, hat es hier etwas schwer.

Der Strand ist sandig, die Liegen inklusive - am Meeresrand sehr viele kleine und große Kieselsteine (Badeschuhe empfehlenswert) und es geht schnell tief rein.
