Room comfortable
Check in was awful. Having booked a room with a Terrace it wasn’t any longer available and to the extent that they would be able to find one it would be one hour plus that I’d have to wait. I only booked the hotel because of the Terrace and it was disgraceful that they downgraded me. Never again.
I am requesting a refund for my stay due to significant issues with the accommodation.
During my stay, the air conditioning was not functioning properly, making the room uncomfortable. In addition, the sink was clogged and could not drain properly, which affected the usability and cleanliness of the room.
These issues substantially impacted the quality of my stay and the accommodation did not meet the standards advertised at the time of booking. I would appreciate a refund or appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.
Excellent reception, the staff are so friendly and welcoming.Many thanks to Krishna who couldn’t do enough to help. Beautiful building, we had such a relaxing time.
Pretty much everything
The only thing was access to drinking water - sustainable jugs in rooms are great but too small and difficult to hunt down drinking water especially late in the night
Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das hervorragende Frühstück mit einer großen Auswahl an englischem und continental Breakfast, frischen Backwaren, Joghurt, warmen Speisen usw. Alles wirkte frisch und es gab wirklich viel Auswahl.
Das Personal war ebenfalls freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders an der Rezeption. Auch das Deposit wurde nach dem Check-out sehr schnell und unkompliziert zurückerstattet, was wir sehr positiv fanden.
Die Lage und Anbindung waren ebenfalls super – die Bushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel. Die Lobby war sehr schön und das Zimmer gut ausgestattet. Besonders die Küchenzeile war praktisch, und tatsächlich war alles vorhanden, was man für kleinere Mahlzeiten im Zimmer braucht.
Der einzige Punkt, der verbessert werden könnte, betrifft das Housekeeping. Während unseres 6-nächtigen Aufenthalts mussten wir darauf hinweisen, dass Toilettenpapier nachgefüllt werden sollte, und die Bettwäsche wurde während des gesamten Aufenthalts nicht gewechselt

Firstly, as a member, I should have some privileges, especially since I stayed here for a long time in 2023 and it was much better then. I requested early check-in two hours in advance, but they refused. I requested a late check-out one hour in advance, but they refused. They asked me to pay for each hour. There were no toothbrushes, no toothpaste, and none of the basic amenities that were previously available. I requested a room for one night with two separate beds, but the beds were stuck together, and the beds were very small to separate. The service was poor, and the cleanliness was poor; there was hair on the sheets. I requested luggage delivery to my room, but they asked me to pay for it. I only had two suitcases and a very small bag meant for the airplane's overhead compartment. It was a bad experience, unfortunately. The rooms need renovation, and the view was of a building adjacent to the hotel. The facilities are very worn out and have changed for the worse since 2023.
