יחס לא נעים מצד העובדים
Pros:

המיקום מעולה.

Cons:

כאשר הגענו להוסטל התבקשנו בתשלום של פיקדון מה שלא חווינו בפעם הראשונה וכששאלנו את הפקיד למען מה זה תוך כמה שניות הוא חזר בו ואמר שלא משנה. הרגיש ממש כמו עוקץ.

החדר רחצה מלוכלך.

לאוכל בארוחת בוקר לקח מלא זמן.

Lovely staff and great bar/ central atmosphere bit. The room unfortunately was not as good and it was damp.

The bar area and the staff were excellent and very nice.

Cons:

Our room was damp and there was no ventilation. The shower leaked all over the bathroom so everything was wet

Excellent stay
Pros:

Wonderful, I really like Salta and this location close to the center. The staff are very nice and helpful, their room got a private toilet while providing the toiletries. I will definitely go back to Salta and stay there again in the future.

Lugar cómodo pero inseguro para las pertenencias de uno.

El lugar muy cómodo, y el personal de barra execelente!

Cons:

Llegué de una excursión y me encuentro con que retiraron mis cosas de la cama, y la tarjeta que coloca el hotel donde indica la fecha de estadía, como si me hubiese retirado del lugar, pero aún me quedaba otra noche. No me devolvieron las cosas, la única respuesta fue que no sabían qué pasó. Hicieron la limpieza como si ya me hubiese ido y las cosas deberían de haber ido a la "caja de objetos perdidos" pero no fue así, y no me las dieron, al igual que tampoco se disculparon.

Ambiente jovial, a recepção é conjunta com uma área de lazer e alimentação, a qual presta um serviço bom . As camas são muito confortáveis e aconchegantes!
Funcionários atenciosos e comida boa! Vale à pena! Ficamos na ida em nossa viagem e na volta retornamos ali pq gostamos!

Las instalaciones, la terraza y patio interno es hermoso para conectar con el exterior. Los servicios extra que ofrece... la posibilidad de contratar tours ahí mismo, que tengan un bar y funcione prácticamente todo el día!

Cons:

Las camas, tienen un plástico que al moverte hace mucho ruido.
