On ne peut pas faire mieux pour l’emplacement, c’est juste en face de la cathédrale. Chambre spacieuse, hauteur sous plafond, climatisation, literie confortable, espaces de rangement, mini bar gratuit (eau, canettes de soda,bières), possibilité d’avoir des serviettes de plage/piscine à la demande et gratuitement

Cons:

Bon petit déjeuner mais pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles, manque de porte manteau pour étendre les serviettes à la salle de bain, prix élevé en plein mois de juillet, la piscine était inaccessible pour notre dernier jour…

Emplacement idéal et hôtel agréable et aux petits soins
Pros:

Personnel très disponible, petit déjeuner au top avec oeufs préparés à la demande, chambre confortable, petite piscine agréable et emplacement idéal en plein centre ville avec parking public à quelques minutes à pieds (payant mais pas cher). Prêt de parasol & serviettes pour aller à la plage très apprécié.

La clim dans la chambre était un peu bruyante.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso al Seranova Luxury Hotel di Ciutadella. Tutto è stato impeccabile: la posizione è perfetta, nel cuore della città, ideale per visitare il centro a piedi. La colazione è eccellente, con prodotti freschi e di qualità, preparata con grande cura. Ma ciò che ha reso la nostra esperienza davvero speciale è stata l’attenzione verso gli ospiti: tutto lo staff è stato estremamente gentile, professionale e sempre disponibile, facendoci sentire accolti in ogni momento. Anche i servizi offerti sono di alto livello e contribuiscono a rendere il soggiorno rilassante e piacevole. Consigliamo vivamente questo hotel a chiunque desideri vivere un’esperienza di qualità a Ciutadella. Torneremo sicuramente!

Tot molt correcte. Habitació molt confortable, maca i acollidora. La piscina petita però molt acollidora juntament amb la terrassa, a més d'estar molt ben situat! molt bon hotel si torno a ciutadella repeteixo.

Per dir alguna cosa, per el meu gust trobo que la piscina obra un pel tard (11:00), però entenc que és per el descans de la gent així que realment no és una queixa.

The best hotel in Ciutadella
Pros:

We love this hotel, this was our 3rd visit, the location is perfect, the bedrooms are lovely, this time we had room 8 which has a roof top patio. An enjoyable hour or so in the pool. Breakfast is continental or you have cooked variety. The staff are always lovely polite. We will see you again next year!
