The best hotel in Ciutadella
Pros:

We love this hotel, this was our 3rd visit, the location is perfect, the bedrooms are lovely, this time we had room 8 which has a roof top patio. An enjoyable hour or so in the pool. Breakfast is continental or you have cooked variety. The staff are always lovely polite. We will see you again next year!

Parfaite localisation pour visiter Ciutadella.
Pros:

L’emplacement est parfait! Les chambres sont très bien, nous avions une chambre mansardée avec une petite fenêtre mais la vue sur les toits était superbe.

Très bel établissement
Pros:

Vraiment tres bien et parfaitement placé
Le personnel très sympas
On a fait deux nuit dans deux chambres
Celle de l’étage était parfaite!

Cons:

Éviter la chambre du red de chaussée qui donne directement sur la rue car pas possible d’ouvrir les fenêtre ou les rideaux
Attention également aux horaires d’arrivée la réception n’est pas ouverte en continue pour accéder la première fois à la chambre, ensuite vous pouvez venir à n’importe quelle heure

Établissement très bien situé, avec des chambres très spacieuses et très confortables. Le personnel est très accueillant et le petit déjeuner très bon.

Charmant hôtel au coeur de la vieille ville dé Ciutadella

La situation de l’hôtel au cœur de la ville dé Ciutadella est un vrai plus , dans une rue calme et sans voiture et avec les restaurants et bars à deux pas de l’hôtel

Cons:

Nous avions la chambre qui donne sur la piscine de l’hôtel et sur la cours intérieure où sont disposé quelques tables …ce qui amène parfois à avoir certains clients assis sous votre fenêtre lors du petit-déjeuner ou bien lors d’un moment piscine… de plus le petit-déjeuner mériterai d’être un peu plus varié …

Love this hotel
Pros:

The location in the centre ofold town just steps from the cathedral is fantastic The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean with modern bathrooms. Breakfast although served in a small space is varied and plentiful, and can be eaten in the beautiful courtyard. A lovely woman comes every morning to cook eggs, omelettes etc to order.

Cons:

The only minor gripe is that the reception staff could be a bit more chatty. In such a small boutique hotel, you would expect them to be more forthcoming and informative. However, they were friendly and polite,if somewhat reserved, so it didn’t spoil the overall experience.
