Love this hotel
Pros:

The location in the centre ofold town just steps from the cathedral is fantastic The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean with modern bathrooms. Breakfast although served in a small space is varied and plentiful, and can be eaten in the beautiful courtyard. A lovely woman comes every morning to cook eggs, omelettes etc to order.

Cons:

The only minor gripe is that the reception staff could be a bit more chatty. In such a small boutique hotel, you would expect them to be more forthcoming and informative. However, they were friendly and polite,if somewhat reserved, so it didn’t spoil the overall experience.

Tout était parfait de la sympathie du personnel, à l’excellent petit-déjeuner, sans oublier la beauté du lieu et à son emplacement au cœur de Ciutadella à 2 pas de la cathédrale.

Excelente Hotel Boutique en la mejor ubicacion de Ciutadella, con enormes habitaciones decpradas com gran gusto y servicio fuera de lo comun. Experiencia inolvidable a repetir.

Maria est très accueillante, l’hôtel est très bien placé et bien décoré, les chambres sont confortables (un peu bruyantes la nuit à cause des terrasse de café en-dessous mais les fenêtres sont de bonne qualité). Beaucoup de petits cadeaux de bienvenue très appréciables! Super petit-déjeuner!

Sejurul a fost foarte plăcut. Mulțumim echipei profesioniste care administrează aceasta proprietate.
Pros:

Hotelul beneficiază de o locație excelenta, în centru orașului vechi, chiar lângă Catedrala. Micul dejun a fost variat și foarte bun. Personalul este foarte receptiv si amabil la orice solicitare.

Séjour de rêve, je recommande absolument cet hotel
Pros:

le lieu est splendide, très spacieux, avec une vue magnifique, parfaitement situé en plein coeur de la vieille ville. Je n'imagine pas meilleur situation à tous points de vue. Ne cherchez plus, c'est l'endroit parfait à Ciutadella !

Cons:

le petit déjeuner est compris mais basique pour un hotel de luxe, il mériterait de mettre plus en valeur des produits frais locaux mais il reste correct
