La ubicación inmejorable en centro de Ciutadella. El tamaño de la habitación era grande.

Cons:

La habitación de la piscina tiene muy poca intimidad y te obliga a tener las ventanas de la habitación cerradas todo el día. Además en la zona de la piscina hay mesas para desayunar y una de ellas esta literalmente debajo de la ventana de la habitación y los huéspedes te despiertan constantemente.

Nous avons séjourné 4 jours dans cet hôtel magnifique, idéalement situé. Un établissement d’un calme incroyable, parfait pour se détendre.

Le personnel est d’un grand professionnalisme, tout en étant particulièrement gentil et attentionné. Le petit-déjeuner est également très bien, avec un bon choix.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous recommandons cet établissement à 100 % ! 😊

Une nuit au cœur de la ville

La piscine était fermée, nous n'avons pu profiter que d'une journée.

Pros:

Excelente! La ubicación es perfecta! La chica que nos atendió fue muy simpática. Nos recomendó que hacer por la Isla😍 La habitación estaba muy limpias, era bonita y la cama muy cómoda! Ademas te dan unos dulces típicos al llegar y la bebida de la nevera no tiene un cargo extra! Y para acabar de ser perfecto, te dejan toallas, nevera de la playa y sombrilla❤️ sin duda si volvemos a la isla nos volveremos a alojar aquí!

Petit hôtel au coeur de la ville bien refait et confortable.
Chambre avec terrasse mais chaude en cette saison.
Gd douche.
Bon accueil.
Boissons offertes dans le frigo.
Bon petit déjeuner.

Cons:

Parking pas évident dans la ville, gratuit du samedi après midi et dimanche.
Terrasse de bar à côté mais il arrête à une heure et on se couche tard là bas.

- Room was different than described: in the garden, not main building and without a bath
- Hospitality wasn’t good, we weren’t able to actually speak with them in person, but only received a chat gpt type of apology by text. We called the hotel phone number but it was switched off
- AC of room wasn’t switched on upon arrival with 33C nearly 100F outside
