Cons:

Bruit la nuit dans la rue, bruit des portes des chambres, le vol au vent n'est pas bon, le personnel ne parlait pas bien le français.

Pros:

De locatie was geweldig, je kon in de buurt geweldig wandelen, shoppen, naar de sauna of Maastricht. Er is zoveel te doen! Daarnaast hebben wij in het restaurant beneden gegeten. Dit was heerlijk, we waren erg moe van het wandelen en shoppen waardoor ik vroeg of ik het toetje op de kamer mocht eten, dat was geen enkel probleem! Het personeel was erg vriendelijk en blij. Ze dachten ook enorm mee, wij kwamen vanuit Lille naar hen toe en ze vroegen hoelaat we verwachten aan te komen zodat ze hier enigszins rekening konden houden, geweldig!

Cons:

Eerlijk gezet viel werkelijk waar me niets tegen.

Pros:

De kamer had goede faciliteiten, ruimte en een goede badkamer. Ook goed dat er voldoende thee, koffie en water was. Goed dat er een fietsenstalling met mogelijkheid tot opladen was.

Cons:

Het ontbijt is helaas niet inbegrepen. De prijs per persoon (22 euro) is absurd hoog.

Top!!! voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel in de avond bij bijeenkomst (na een heerlijk dagje sauna bij Elaisa), nog gezellig iets in de bar gedronken. Heerlijk geslapen, in een heerlijk bed. Ook weer bij ontbijt, bijzonder vriendelijk en aardig personeel. heerlijk ontbeten. Top overnachting goed te combineren met een dagje in de fantastische sauna Elaisa.

Pros:

La chambre etait sur l'arrière. On avait pas une très belle vue mais comme on habite un village avec très peu de circulation, nous avons très apprécié le calme.

Cons:

Nous n’avons pas pris le petit déjeuner car le prix est trop cher.

Aangenaam hotel met vriendelijk personeel en verzorgde service: aanbevolen!
Pros:

Vriendelijke ontvangst bij check in en check out, bekwaam en behulpzaam personeel. Uitgebreid ontbijt en aangename bediening en service. Mooie en verzorgde (moderne) look van het gehele gebouw

Cons:

De muziek bij het onthaal (en in de ontbijtruimte) stond nogal luid ... voor een hotel van een zekere niveau is dat toch wat ongepast. Dit kan stijlvoller en minder storend. Verder geen klachten!
