Das Personal an der Bar und im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

An der Rezeption waren drei Personen anwesend, zwei Personen haben miteinander geredet und keine neu ankommenden Personen bedient, obwohl 9 Personen gewartet haben. Ich hatte den online Check in gemacht und habe nur die Key card benötigt.

Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel für einen Kurzaufenthalt und Geschäftsreisende in Hamburg.
Pros:

Für eine Nacht war es völlig in Ordnung. Eine Flasche Mineralwasser stand als Begrüßung auf dem Tisch. Die Kaffeemaschine mit TABs war sehr gut und wurde auch von mir genutzt. Das Zimmer war sauber und Handtücher waren ausreichend vorhanden und das Bad war auch sauber und groß genug.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war ziemlich klein, aber für mich alleine völlig okay. Die Lage ist nicht so toll. Bei geöffnetem Fenster war die Straße sehr laut wegen dem Kopfsteinpflaster.

Goed hotel voor doorreis. Er is gratis parkeergelegenheid in de buurt.

Cons:

De omgeving is wat grimmig, maar 'onder controle'. Het restaurant bood enkel een buffet aan . Dit was echter voldoende ruim en prijs/kwaliteit OK.
