arrêt de tram à 200m
très bonne pizzeria à 200m
2 épicerie turc à proximité
lidl à 10 minutes

Cons:

pas d’eau chaude dans la cuisine donc pas moyen de laver la vaisselle sans le lave vaisselle
pas de balai pour faire un petit nettoyage
odeur des égouts dans la salle de bain (depuis l’évacuation de la douche)
canapé neuf mais pas très confortable
le petit déjeuner en option n’est pas sur place mais dans un autre établissement à 10 minutes à pied
personne sur place ni à l’arrivée ni au départ tout ce fait par mail ou téléphone

The apartment was so clean and well kept.
The bathroom towels were so fluffy and even coffee pods were left for us. Amazing attention to details. Excellent.

Nice stay in Vienna
Pros:

We had a good stay at this apartment and would definitely return. The place was exactly as described in the listing. The location was excellent - easy access to public transport.
The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed for a good stay. Check-in was smooth and straightforward.
A minor detail or two kept it from a perfect score, but nothing that affected our overall experience. Vienna is a beautiful city, and this apartment made our trip even better.

Pros:

Clean, spacious, well equiped, very comfortable bed, coffee machine

Ants on the kitchen counter even though no meals where prepared during stay and there was no food left on it.

Fantastisch
Pros:

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Lage ist gut und die Anbindungen durch die Strassenbahn vor der Haustür erleichtert die Fahrt in die Innenstadt. Es war sehr ruhig im Haus und auch der Service, dass wir nach dem Auschecken unser Gepäck im Keller abstellen konnten, trugen dazu bei, dass wir dieses Appartement weiter empfehlen können.

Cons:

Das Schlafsofa fanden wir sehr unbequem.

hiç kullanmasak da bulaşık makinesine kadar vardı kahve kapsülleri vs ince düşünülmüştü. tam önünde 70 mt ötede tramvay durağı var 1 numaraya binerek 30 dk içinde viyananın en merkezinde inebiliyorsunuz. binanın yan binasının altında türk marketleri var.

havlulardan birinin içinden birbirine dolanmış saç yumağı çıktı, havlular muhtemelen yıkanıyor ama onu görünce o havluyu kullanmak istemedik yine de. ayrıca çarşaflar falan da aman aman temiz hissettirmedi kornişlerin oralarda örümcek ağları var. göçmenlerin olduğu bir mahallede bu da işletme sahibinin değiştiremeyeceği bir dezavantaj olarak yazılabilir.

en önemlisi de giriş kodunu 2 anahtar içinde yazmışlar sebebi de şu, kapıda 2 adet kod giriş cihazı var siz sağdaki cihazda anahtara basıp şifreyi girip tekrar anahtara basacaksınız. bu bilgiyi mesajda vermedikleri için şifreyi defalarca girmeye çalıştık yorucu bir günün üzerine ekstra stres oluşturdu.

Labai švarus ir gražus apartamentai, yra kavos aparatas. Ačiū šeimininkams:) Arti tramvajaus stotelė. 15 min. iki centro. Šalia daug parduotuvių. Pusryčiai, manau per brangus, neverta jų užsakynėti, tuo labiau kad yra virtuvė apartamentuose.

Cons:

Bute nebuvo druskos, teko pirkti. Labai būtų malonu, kad dėl tokių dalykų kaip druska nereikėtų vaikščioti po parduotuves:)

Wat een comfortabel groot en van alle gemakken voorzien appartement. We hadden even wat moeite om het appartement binnen te komen maar na een belletje kwam er binnen een paar minuten een erg aardige man ons helpen. Fietsen stonden ook veilig
