Great location and staff.
Pros:

The location is great. It does not have a direct sea view as it is alluded in the page but Perissa Beach is just across the street. There are shops, restaurants and mini markets everywhere around. It is also a great spot to watch the sunrise on the beach.

Staff is very nice and warm. They were understanding and reactive to every demand or question we had. Merci beaucoup Vasiliki !

Great value for the money!
Pros:

It was such a great value for the price — steps to the beach! Guest services and check in was seamless and great communication.

Cons:

WiFi was spotty when I did need it for some work — however I was able to work off my hotspot for a little bit.

La localisation en première ligne même si on ne voit pas directement la mer
Facilité pour garer le véhicule
Proximité de l’épicerie

Cons:

Pas de chauffage, pas d’eau chaude
La Clim réversible ne suffit pas à se réchauffer suffisamment quand il fait 12 degrés et qu’il pleut
Logement très sombre

Pros:

L’emplacement est top. L’appartement est bien équipé, l’accueil est sympathique et le propriétaire est très réactif.

Cons:

Chasse d’eau à remplacer et pas d’eau chaude le premier matin (à noter que le propriétaire a été super réactif et a réglé le problème très rapidement).
Pas de porte entre les chambres

Worth visiting, with everything you want around you!
Pros:

We were very happy with the Apartment! Very cute and modern and generally a nice accomodation, located right in front of a beautiful beach. We stood 6 days, and felt very welcomed by the team but also loved the fact, that you have the beach in front of you as well as tons of good tavernas & supermarkets.

Perissa is a small but beautiful village, from where you can reach all places you want to visit easily by car/bus! Very close you have also other beaches, which are even during high seasons not too much crowded but indeed worth visiting.

For us, its a clear recommendation and we would choose this place definitely.

Cons:

That we had to leave so early! 😉

Relax assicurato insieme a gite meravigliose.
Pros:

La posizione è ottima, molto vicina al mare e nella zona migliore di Perissa.
Letto molto comodo e soppalco ampio.

Cons:

L’appartamento non era molto curato. Poco pulito, zanzariere rotte, pochi utensili da cucina, buone potenzialità poco sfruttate.

Pros:

The week we spent at this place was truly the best of our lives! The Hotel itself is absolutely beautiful—spotlessly clean and in the perfect location. Just a few steps from one of the most stunning beaches we’ve ever seen, it’s truly a dream spot. The garden is also lovely, with beautiful trees and cozy seating areas where you can relax and unwind.

Everything about this place feels like paradise. Our stay here was perfect in every way!

The owner is an angel, she was incredibly kind and helpful, providing us with everything we needed,and more!
Such amazing people—we’re so grateful! We will definitely be coming back,and stay here again!!

I would recommend this place to absolutely anyone. It’s perfect for families, couples, a girls’ trip, or even if you're traveling solo as a woman—you’ll feel completely safe and at home here. Everyone is extremely friendly, and there’s even a grocery store just 20 steps away with everything you might need. The location couldn’t be better!

We had the best time! Absolutely worth it to visit!!!

Pros:

Att det hade en innegård, att man sov på ett loft, att det fanns en fön

Cons:

Propparna gick när elementet var igång samtidigt som vattenkokaren var på. Det var kallt inne, badrummet var otrevligt, mörkt och duschen var hemskt och trasig. Innergården var helt igenväxt, skräpigt och vi var bara två personer som bodde där. Sunkigt place.

ottima posizione, fronte spiaggia di Perissa, vicino a negozi, ristoranti e market. Molto rilassante il giardino, possibilità di usufruire delle E-Bike messe a disposizione degli ospiti dalla struttura. Staff cordiale e sempre disponibile. Appartamento di dimensioni adeguate ( famiglia di 4 persone ) arredato con tutto l'occorrente anche per cucinare.

Cons:

Aggiungerei qualche utensile/stoviglie in cucina.

It was ok. The layout of the facility isn’t great and stairs aren’t safe at all. You need to be able to go to the toilet
Pros:

The property was in a good location across guns road from the beach close to the bus stop and restrains supermarket.

Cons:

It is a two story facility with two bedrooms upstairs
and a small bathroom downstairs. The stairs are pretty dangerous. You can’t even place one foot on a step properly to walk up or down. I definitely don’t recommend this property for anyone who has trouble with stairs as they are also really steep.
