Enkel standard med bra läge
Pros:

Smakfullt inrett men enkel standard och saltvatten i kranarna för dusch/kök (svårt att tvätta håret med vanligt schampo). Jättetrevlig värdinna, alltid leende. AC fungerade inte när vi kom men blev redan utbytt nästa dag. Supermysig trädgård där vi åt våra frukostar. Trevlig liten balkong och även en uteplats med skugga under sen em/kväll, vilket var skönt. Perfekt läge i ena änden av Perissa, 10 meter till den svarta stranden och nära resten av stan med restauranger och butiker. Några minuter till ändhållplats för bussen till Fira.
När grannarna reste iväg fick vi ta över en torkställning, annars dåligt med ställen att hänga handdukar och badkläder på tork.

Cons:

Städningen innefattade inte våtmoppning, så golven var sandiga. Luktade lite avlopp på vissa ställen. AC endast i ett av sovrummen samt i köket på nedervåningen. I andra sovrummet endast en fläkt så det blev ganska varmt ffa när man skulle sova. Svårt att undvika att hela toaletten blev blöt när man duschade, endast fasta halvväggar på båda sidor om duschen. Lite klent utrustat kök.
Relativt högt pris på boendet.

Ubicación perfecta.
Pros:

Ubicación perfecta. Enfrente de la playa, cerca de la estación de bus que va a Fira y en la misma calle de los bares y restaurantes. Todo al lado. Disponen de supermercado para hacer tus compritas. También puedes ir en autobús a el súper grande. Si volvemos a Perissa volveríamos a elegir el alojamiento sin duda. Vasilikia muy maja y el anfitrión también!

Great location and staff.
Pros:

The location is great. It does not have a direct sea view as it is alluded in the page but Perissa Beach is just across the street. There are shops, restaurants and mini markets everywhere around. It is also a great spot to watch the sunrise on the beach.

Staff is very nice and warm. They were understanding and reactive to every demand or question we had. Merci beaucoup Vasiliki !

Great value for the money!
Pros:

It was such a great value for the price — steps to the beach! Guest services and check in was seamless and great communication.

Cons:

WiFi was spotty when I did need it for some work — however I was able to work off my hotspot for a little bit.

La localisation en première ligne même si on ne voit pas directement la mer
Facilité pour garer le véhicule
Proximité de l’épicerie

Cons:

Pas de chauffage, pas d’eau chaude
La Clim réversible ne suffit pas à se réchauffer suffisamment quand il fait 12 degrés et qu’il pleut
Logement très sombre

Pros:

L’emplacement est top. L’appartement est bien équipé, l’accueil est sympathique et le propriétaire est très réactif.

Cons:

Chasse d’eau à remplacer et pas d’eau chaude le premier matin (à noter que le propriétaire a été super réactif et a réglé le problème très rapidement).
Pas de porte entre les chambres

Relax assicurato insieme a gite meravigliose.
Pros:

La posizione è ottima, molto vicina al mare e nella zona migliore di Perissa.
Letto molto comodo e soppalco ampio.

Cons:

L’appartamento non era molto curato. Poco pulito, zanzariere rotte, pochi utensili da cucina, buone potenzialità poco sfruttate.

Worth visiting, with everything you want around you!
Pros:

We were very happy with the Apartment! Very cute and modern and generally a nice accomodation, located right in front of a beautiful beach. We stood 6 days, and felt very welcomed by the team but also loved the fact, that you have the beach in front of you as well as tons of good tavernas & supermarkets.

Perissa is a small but beautiful village, from where you can reach all places you want to visit easily by car/bus! Very close you have also other beaches, which are even during high seasons not too much crowded but indeed worth visiting.

For us, its a clear recommendation and we would choose this place definitely.

Cons:

That we had to leave so early! 😉
