Any location within the old walls you're going to like
Owner sorted a taxi for us from airport at a cost of €45 telling us a permit was required to enter the old town walls. They dropped us outside of the walls so we then had to walk to the accommodation. The taxi I don't believe was a proper taxi ,maybe a friend or family member. We then found out the fare should only of been €27. Small room
Super Zentral in der Altstadt gelegen. Die Terrasse war ein tolles Extra was wir gern genutzt haben. Wir durften auch frühzeitig rein und wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen.
Monolocale curato anche nei piccoli dettagli ( compreso dolcetto di ben venuto)

Vi ble dessverre skuffet over oppholdet, først og fremst fordi flere av opplysningene i annonsen ikke samsvarte med det vi faktisk møtte.
Stedet er annonsert som et hotell, men det finnes ingen resepsjon eller øvrige hotelltjenester – det er i praksis kun rom med dusj og toalett.
Det ble opplyst at det skulle være strykebrett på rommet. Da dette manglet, tok vi kontakt med verten og fikk beskjed om at strykebrett var en ekstratjeneste og ikke inkludert, selv om det står oppført på siden som en fasilitet ved overnattingsstedet. Vi fikk beskjed om at det kunne ordnes dagen etter, men dette ble aldri fulgt opp.
Det stod også at det skulle være velkomstdrink og en vinflaske på rommet. Vi ankom rundt kl. 12 og hadde ikke bedt om å få sjekke inn tidligere – planen var kun å sette fra oss koffertene. Siden rommet allerede var klart, var det imidlertid verten som tilbød oss å få rommet tidligere. I etterkant fikk vi beskjed om at velkomstdrinken var blitt glemt fordi vi kom før ordinær innsjekking kl. 15. Vi opplevde dette som urimelig, ettersom det var verten selv som tilbød oss rommet da det var klart. Vinen var heller ikke på rommet ved ankomst. Vi måtte selv etterlyse den, og den ble først levert to dager senere.
Kjøleskapet var varmt da vi kom. Da vi ga beskjed om dette, fikk vi bare til svar at det antakelig var en bryter som måtte slås på. Ingen kom imidlertid for å undersøke eller følge opp problemet i løpet av oppholdet. Da vi senere forsøkte å kontakte verten via meldinger, fremstod det plutselig som om det ikke lenger var mulig å sende meldinger. Vi opplevde derfor at henvendelsene våre ikke ble fulgt opp.
Videre opplyses det om daglig rengjøring. Etter en dagstur borte, oppdaget vi at rommet ikke var rengjort – søppel var ikke tømt, og det var ikke fylt på med toalettpapir. Da vi tok dette opp med verten, fikk vi beskjed om at de ikke hadde daglig rengjøring, til tross for at dette står oppført både på Booking.com og på stedets egen hjemmeside.

Small area outside , personally just a small lounger outside would be nice just so you could relax at home, full on sightseeing every day so chill out somewhere would be nice not essential
Séjour très agréable au Château Anax. Le lieu a un vrai cachet, la chambre est soignée, la salle de bain impeccable et la terrasse particulièrement appréciable pour se poser.
L'appartement bénéficie d'une localisation ultra-centrale, un vrai point fort pour tous ceux qui veulent profiter pleinement de la vie nocturne, des bars et de l'ambiance festive jusqu'au bout de la nuit.
Un logement plein de charme, idéalement taillé pour un séjour vivant et dynamique !
Pour les dormeurs sensibles ou les personnes qui souhaitent se coucher tôt, sachez simplement que les basses de la musique restent bien perceptibles jusqu'à 3-4h du matin malgré l'insonorisation.
Είχα επιλέξει junior suite και ήταν εξαιρετική. Το μόνο που θέλω να επισημάνω είναι ότι είχα κλείσει τέσσερις διανυκτερεύσεις και δεν μου άλλαξαν ούτε μια φορά τα σεντόνια καθώς και τις πετσέτες.
Εμείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή μας! Το δωμάτιο βρίσκεται σε φανταστικό σημείο, μέσα στην καρδιά της Παλιάς Πόλης, προσφέροντας μια απίστευτα ρομαντική και ατμοσφαιρική εμπειρία.
Είναι ιδανικά τοποθετημένο, πολύ κοντά σε μαγαζιά, εστιατόρια και αξιοθέατα, κάνοντας τις μετακινήσεις μας με τα πόδια παιχνίδι. Το ίδιο το δωμάτιο ξεχώρισε για το ψηλοτάβανο στυλ του που του δίνει χαρακτήρα και αέρα, ενώ ήταν πολύ άνετο και λειτουργικό.
Ξεχωριστή μνεία αξίζει στη μεγάλη, άνετη και πρακτική ντουσιέρα, μια λεπτομέρεια που συχνά λείπει από τα παραδοσιακά καταλύματα αλλά εδώ απογειώνει την άνεση.
Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα σε όποιον θέλει να ζήσει την αυθεντική μαγεία της Ρόδου με όλες τις ανέσεις
Perfect location, plenty of bars and restaurants around and very close to shops and old town.
Great air con which was much needed with the weather. Lovely apartment, modern and spacious.
Owner was great as we struggled to use the key on both doors but he came within 5 minutes and showed us - we managed to get the hang of it on our 3rd attempt day 2! He also left plenty of water in the apartment for our arrival. There was an iron and hair dryer in the apartment, toiletries and towels.
The shower needs resealing as it was leaking every time we used it but that was all.

L’hotel era nel centro della old town, ma comunque una una zona più riservata e nonostante i locali nella piazza, la camera risultava molto silenziosa.
La camera se pur non grandissima era dotata di tutto l’essenziale, era molto pulita e gli interni erano molto curati facendoti percepire un’esperienza di qualità superiore.
Lo staff è stato molto disponibile e gentile facendoci effettuare il check in prima dell’orario previsto da booking ed inoltre ci hanno permesso di tenere la camera un paio di ora extra dopo il check out in modo da lasciare li le valige prima della partenza.
La doccia se pur dal design molto curato, probabilmente a causa dei molti ospiti che nel tempo hanno occupato la camera, aveva lo scarico quasi otturato.
Questo faceva si che facendosi la doccia l’acqua non defluisse correttamente, accumulandosi fino al punto di uscire dalle pareti della doccia finendo anche negli spazi vicini (camera e bagno), ma vista l’eccellente qualità del servizio offerto, immagino che questo problema verrà presto risolto dalla struttura.

The suite exceeded our expectations. It was beautifully designed, spacious, immaculately clean, and equipped with everything we needed. The capsule coffee machine was a lovely touch, and we especially appreciated receiving extra coffee capsules upon request.
Our favorite part was the private terrace overlooking the historic hammam and the lively square filled with cafés and bars. It was the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind with a drink in the evening while soaking up the unique atmosphere of Rhodes Old Town.
The location couldn't be better. Everything Rhodes Old Town has to offer—restaurants, cafés, shops, historical sites, and the harbor—is within easy walking distance, yet the suite remains peaceful and relaxing.
We travel quite often, but it's rare to find a place that makes you feel so comfortable and genuinely special. Chateau Anax Luxury Suites is one of those exceptional accommodations that exceeds expectations in every way.
Without a doubt, this will be our first choice whenever we return to Rhodes, and we wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable, stylish, and luxurious stay.
Most importantly, we didn't experience a single negative issue during our stay. Everything was exactly as promised, and our entire stay was smooth, comfortable, and enjoyable from check-in to check-out.
The property was situated in a great part of Old Town. It was clean, comfortable and soundproof! The host and staff were very friendly and helpful. The complimentary bottle of wine did not go unappreciated! Thank you Stefanos. Yamas!

Het pand en de locatie, echt prachtig! En mega vriendelijk personeel en behulpzaam. Zouden zeker terugkomen!
Alles was fijn maar als we dan toch iets moeten zeggen is het de douche en toilet direct in de ‘slaapkamer’ Met glazen wanden. badkamertje was iets fijner geweest want dan iets meer privacy maar ik snap deze keuze wel!
