Nothing.
東京駅に近くて良かったのです
少し道に迷いました
Good location for 1 night overnight stay o. Tokyo. Close to train station. Quiet.
Met all expectations
Continental breakfast buffet. Same room avail later in the day as an office/study area. Short walk to Tokyo station. Many stores nearby and even more in the underground between the hotel and the station.
Excellent location and very clean and tidy

Unprofessional Service and Room Cleanliness
I would like to express my disappointment with the service provided by the manager, Gil Lemma (Mongolian), whose behaviour was rude, unfriendly, and lacking in warmth and hospitality. Her demeanour fell far short of the level of courtesy and professionalism I would expect from a Japanese hotel. When I asked for her name, she simply pointed at her name tag rather than responding politely.
My first concern was the presence of multiple pen stains on the duvet cover. A staff member came to my room and offered to change rooms. However, as I had already unpacked my belongings, he offered to replace the duvet cover instead. I also noticed that the room clock was six minutes slow.
When I returned to the reception to request to speak with the manager, Gil Lemma attended to me and confirmed that the duvet cover had been replaced. However, upon returning to my room, I discovered hair on the bedsheet. I asked her to come to my room to inspect the issue, but she appeared displeased with my request.
Although she offered to change my room, her subsequent attitude remained unpleasant and unwelcoming. She spoke to me in a rude manner, making me feel uncomfortable and giving me the distinct impression that she was unhappy about having to assist me.
What was particularly unacceptable was her response: “We have provided you two rooms since you have unpacked your belongings. What else do you want?”
In the end I did not occupy two rooms and moved to the new room. In the new room, the bathroom had unpleasant “pee” odor. It was never ending concerns with regards to cleanliness, and I was there only for one night, leaving next day at 9am.
To be clear, I was not asking for special treatment. I was simply expecting a clean room and a professional, courteous response when raising legitimate concerns.
