Beautiful, but unreliable customer service.
Pros:

I love the modern style and beautiful balcony. Breakfast was great, too.

Unreliable customer service. Not recommended if arriving late at night.

I requested an airport pick up because I arrived at 11pm. I texted the information via Booking and confirmed flight number, arrival time, etc.

When I arrived, no one was waiting for me so I called and texted the front desk numerous times over 45 minutes and no one answered the phone or responded to my text. In the end, I gave up and took an uber by myself at 11:52pm. (I am a single female and don’t like to go with unfamiliar people.)

When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist said there was no record of the transportation requested (which was in my booking.com text). When I asked why no one answered the phone, he said they must have been away from the desk. I said that I called numerous times over a 30 minute period. No apology.

Smallish room, but it had a little balcony. Nice area of Guatemala City. Lovely to read about their charitable work. Best shower we had in Guatemala!

We loved our stay - we will be back. Great vibe, staff, rooms are well appointed and layout is good
Pros:

Unfortunately, we did not eat at the restaurant because we thought it was closed - door entry is a little confusing. So, we ate elsewhere. However, we did come back once we realized it was open and each had a drink. LOVE, LOVE, LOVED the drinks and the decor of the restaurant. Will definitely stay here once back in Guatemala City.

Pros:

The location worked out great for our travel needs. The place was clean and comfortable. The bar/restaurant was on the same floor which was very convenient for us. We enjoyed our stay very much.
