Ekip güler yüzlü ve oldukça yardımcı. Konumu her yere ulaşım konusunda çok iyi. Sessiz sakin bir tesis.

Kapı kontrolünün resepsiyon da olması. Her ne kadar sürekli orada olsalar da daha rahat ve kontrollü bir giriş sağlanabilir.

Great location but the elevator just go up to fifth and the stairs is too small
Pros:

Perfect location, good host

Cons:

The apartment is too small, there is no privacy in the bedrooms at all, the elevator is just reach the fifth floor the sixth floor you have to use a small stairs

Esperienza pessima da non ripetere. Prezzo esagerato per quanto offerto. Sconsigliatissimo.
Pros:

Quasi niente. L'unica cosa che funzionava bene era il soffione della doccia.

Cons:

Ascensore rotto per 6 giorni su 7. Fortunatamente camera la primo piano ma con una scala che faceva venire i brividi sia a salirla che soprattutto a scenderla. Frigorifero praticamente pieno di solo ghiaccio. Lavabo del piano cottura scrostato, e l'acqua non defluiva: praticamente otturato. Il rubinetto non funzionava e scendeva un filo di acqua appena. Depuratore non funzionante. Spazio in camera ai minimi termini. Vere e proprie acrobazie per potersi mettere a letto a causa di una passaggio tra spigolo del letto e porta-finestra di massimo 20 centimetri. Tende non oscuranti quindi al mattini ci si svegliava per la luce che entrava in stanza al canto del gallo. Terrazzino con cuscini inguardabili ed intoccabili per la sporcizia. Acqua che cadeva dal soffitto in bagno. Porta del terrazzino che non si chiudeva bene perchè il parquet si era gonfiato. Letto con materasso a molle insostenibile. Mai cambiati asciugamani e lenzuola in 7 giorni!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. Tutto veramente allucinante. Non ho protestato solo per rispetto di chi lavorava ll'interno della struttura

Extremely disappointing and unacceptable experience.

We booked the top-floor apartment for a family of five and found extensive mould in the living areas. This was not simply a housekeeping issue: mould requires proper professional treatment. However, the apartment had clearly not been cleaned before our arrival either, which made the situation even worse.

We considered the conditions unsafe and could not remain there for the rest of our stay. We had to leave early, borrow money and pay for alternative accommodation ourselves.

When we tried to speak to the manager, no practical solution was provided and the police were called. The property later claimed that another apartment had been offered to us, but this did not happen. No specific alternative apartment was ever shown or offered.

Despite the photographs and our repeated complaints, the property refused to refund the unused nights. It also refused to cancel our consecutive reservation at the same address without charging the full amount.

The manager even told us that mould was normal throughout Taksim, which we found completely unacceptable.

We lost a significant amount of money, time and enjoyment during our holiday. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this property.

1 star – I would not recommend this property.

Our family of five booked an apartment at Roe Suite Hotel Taksim and paid approximately €2,000. The top-floor apartment had extensive visible mould, and we did not feel it was safe to continue staying there. We documented everything with photographs and were forced to move to another hotel at our own expense.

When we approached the manager to discuss the problem, no suitable solution was provided and the police were called. The property later claimed that another apartment had been offered to us, but no specific alternative was ever shown or offered.

The manager also told us that mould was normal throughout Taksim. In our view, mould inside paid accommodation should never be normalised or treated as a minor housekeeping issue.

The property refused to refund the unused nights and also refused to cancel our second consecutive reservation without charging the full amount, even though we had reported the problem before that stay began.

This experience caused serious financial loss, international call charges and a great deal of stress during our holiday. I strongly recommend checking recent guest photographs and reviews before booking.
