Poor customer service and lack of basic amenities as mentioned above.

Loved the close proximity to Istiklal and the metro right on the doorstep.

Cons:

No room cleaning at all is done at this property. Had to request for toilet rolls, no toiletries supplied such as shampoo, conditioner or body lotion. Just 2 little soaps for our 5 days my family of 4 spent there. Towels were sour and smelly as well. Shower messes water all over the floor. Hair dryer in the bathroom was not working. Stains on the coffee table, the sound and channels on the TV was faulty. The one bedroom window handle was broken. One keycard for all of us. Dust on the top shelves in the kitchenette. We had to ask for coffee sachets every day. Lousy experience and not worth the price. The staff were friendly, the beds and bed linen were great though. However the overall stay was quite unpleasant and dissatisfying.

اعطيه اربعه من عشره ثنين لرحابة صدر الموظفين وثنين للموقع فقط

المكان عشره من عشره الموظفين عشره من عشره لكن الغرفه ضغيره وليست كما هو مكتوب هذا واحد واثنين عطوني سويت بالسرداب والاصنصير ماينزل للسرداب واضطريت انزل اغراضي بنفسي والجناط لي تحت بالسرداب لي غرفتي وعند المغادره صغدتها بنفسي لك ان تتخيل عزيزي المتابع .. الموظفين تعاملهم طيب وراقي واسلوبهم جميل وبشوشين ويضحكون لكن مايساعدونك في حمل الحقائب يعني اخدم نفسك كاردشم

حجم الغرفه صغير والغرفه سرداب مع اني ماخذ سويت المفترض انه كبير لكن مش كبير نهائياً اذا انت لحالك وتبيه حق نوم فقط وما وياك اغراض مكانه ممكن يشفع له

الشقة بطابق السادس والمصعد للطابق الخامس فقط يعني صعب جدا على العوائل وكبار السن واللي معه حقائب يأخذ الطابق السادس والدرج صعب جدا جدا قبل الحجز التأكد موقع الشقة
