Pros:

La camera era situata a piano terra nel retro con ampia finestra su un piccolo giardino. La colazione inoltre era abbondante e servita in un grazioso patio ove era possibile stare all'aperto. La stanza era fresca e confortevole. Comodo il parcheggio in struttura.

Es war ein guter und schöner Aufenthalt!
Pros:

Einfache und gute Kommunikation mit den "Vermietern". Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.

Cons:

Seife im Bad läuft aus. Die Matratzen sind etwas zu weich. Beim Frühstück dürfte noch etwas mehr Auswahl angeboten werden.

Tolle Unterkunft für einen Besuch in Augsburg
Pros:

Tolle Lage unweit der Haltestelle der Tram (10 Min bis in die Innenstadt), ansprechender und gepflegter Garten. Schönes Zimmer, sehr sauber. Herzlicher Empfang. Frühstück mehr als ausreichend in gemütlichem Frühstücksraum. Jederzeit wieder.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt in Augsburg in einer schönen Villa mit sehr nettem und freundlichem Personal
Pros:

man befindet sich in einer hervrragenden Lage. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel direkt vor dem Grundstück. Super Parkmöglichkeit. Obwohl in der Nähe der Straße ist es erstaunlich ruhig. Die Freundlichkeit und der Elan von Frau Buchner sind einfach ansteckend und tun wirklich gut. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zum Frühstück gab es sogar Früchte aus dem wunderschönen Garten.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist schon einige Jahre alt, dementsprechend könnte man langsam über einige Renovierungen nachdenken. Die Teppichböden und Sitzmöbel sind schon ordentlich "verbraucht". (Aber alles ist sauber!) Die Einrichtung könnte man nach und nach erneuern.

Nette, wat gedateerde locatie
Pros:

Goede communicatie en heel hartelijk ontvangen. We kregen een iets ruimere kamer zodat we een koelkastje hadden en konden met alle vragen terecht. Het ontbijt was goed en met de tram voor de deur was je zo in de stad. Ook kon je nog even buiten zitten.

Cons:

Het was allemaal wat gedateerd. Wel schoon, maar wel oud. Voor 2 nachten was het oke, maar ik zou er geen langere vakantie houden. Ook met deze warme dagen was een airco fijn geweest.

Für einen Besuch von Augsburg gut zu empfehlen
Pros:

Geräumig, Garten bzw Terrasse zum Frühstücken

Cons:

relativ nah an der B300, so dass man die Verkehrsgeräusche hörte, wenn das Fenster offen war, aber das weiß man ja vorher

Augsburg ist sehenswert. Villa Arborea ist dafür ein gutes "Basislager".
Pros:

Die Dame das Hause war sehr hilfsbereit und sehr nett. Das Personal auch. Frühstück war gut und konnte im Garten genossen werden. Abends stand ein Getränke-Kühlschrank (auf Vertrauensbasis) zur Verfügung.

ÖPNV Verbindungen per Bus und Tram top. Ziele wir Hbf, Messe, Altstadt... problemlos erreichbar.

Cons:

Es gibt nix zu meckern. Alles war gut!

Freundliches Personal. Gute Lage in Nähe Strassenbahnhaltestelle und dadurch schnell im Zentrum. Gutes Frühstück. Sehr gepflegte Anlage. Trotz Strassennähe relativ ruhig.

Pros:

Die Lage ist Perfekt 2 min zur Strassenbahn. Parkplätze am Hotel inklusive. Eine besonders herzliche Aufnahme ein Lob an die Belegschaft.
