Bob W London Hyde Park

The front desk staff are super nice: they helped me check in a few minutes early, and gave me a small toiletry bottle after one of mine had leaked in transit. The building is renovated beautifully. After a long flight, I was delighted to stay in such a modern room with ample amenities and an ensuite bathroom (rare at this price point in the city centre). I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to London.

Amamos a facilidade no checkin, o Hotel é todo "cool" bem localizado, moderno, limpo e equipe toda simpática e prestativa. Poucos minutos a pé de 3 estações, fomos a pé para Notting Hill também. Amamos tudo. O quarto não é grande mas é normal de Londres, e mesmo assim entregou tudo que precisávamos

Its close to everything! Over the many years my husband & I have been traveling to London we always end up staying in the same neighborhood. Since we were only here for a short visit the value of Bob W was the reason for our choice. The room was pretty clean, very small and no view it was fine for the 48’s we were visiting. The staff is very fun and friendly.

Location by the park and palace, very clean and beautiful bathrooms. Verifiable room offerings and secure lookers for valuable belongings and larger bag holdings.

The hotel is very clean! I'm sure the housekeepers do a great job, but the hotel being pretty new also helps, I believe. ;)
Since we stayed more than 7 nights, we also made use of their room cleaning service. We conveniently asked for it via the guest portal and where able to choose a timeslot, so we could fit that in our planning for that day and made sure, we were not in the room, which has benefits for the staff and us as guests.

The amount of contact that you have with the staff is reasonably limited to one person greeting you at the entrance (for check-in purposes). Everything else you might need, can be arranged via their guest portal or via WhatsApp.

Entrance to the building and your room is done via keycode, which you'll receive on the day of arrival, That is so convenient!

The hotel has a great location, which is close to several Underground Stations and Bus lines. There are also more than enough good restaurants and supermarkets in the neighborhood to grab some food and drinks.

Clean and very nice location

We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful location surrounded by great local activities. Serena greeted us upon arrival with incredible warmth and hospitality. Although a room issue required us to downsize, the staff turned it into a seamless experience by kindly offering complimentary breakfast and a late check-out. It was a lovely, generous touch. Heartfelt thanks to Serena and Oscar for making our stay so memorable and comfortable. We look forward to returning!"

Location. Size of room was fantastic. We had a couch in the room which was great to relax after hours walking! Staff were excellent.

Beautiful peaceful stay. Staff very helpful and friendly when our door code did not work we were given keys to the door. Room very comfortable for our two night stay. Location super Paddington station nearby and parks also. Very safe area.
