המיקום ליד הים והמחיר סביר

Cons:

מיטה לא נוחה, לא הסכימו להביא מגבות לים, לא היו מים חמים במקלחת, אקוסטיקה גרועה שמעו הכל מהמסדרון ומהרחוב

למרות שזה לא ממש נקרא על הים כי אין חוף צמוד לרחצה
הייתי בטובים יותר

ישן, בלוי, הרצפה בדיקה, המקלחות מלאות עובד ואבנית
לא נקי.
לא לצפות למשהו חדש ונקי
המצעים מרגישים בלויים וזולים, גם המגבות.

קיבלנו חדר עם נוף לגגות של הבניינים ליד ובונים כאן באיזור, מהבוקר שומעים קידוחים ועבודות בניה…

היה לנו אירוח פשוט מושלם
המלון ברמה גבוהה מאוד, נקי, מסודר, האווירה נעימה והשירות באמת יוצא דופן.
אבל מי שהפכה את החוויה שלנו למיוחדת באמת היא גוני המקסימה מהקבלה. קיבלנו ממנה יחס אישי, אדיב וסבלני ברמה שלא רואים הרבה. היא דאגה לכל דבר עם חיוך אמיתי ורצון לעזור מכל הלב, ונתנה לנו שירות מעל ומעבר למצופה.

בנוסף, בתחילת השהות קיבלנו חדר סמוך לחדרים עם ילדים קטנים ותינוק, והיה הרבה רעש שהקשה עלינו לנוח. פנינו לקבלה, וגוני טיפלה בזה בצורה מדהימה, במהירות ובהמון הבנה והתחשבות, ודאגה להעביר אותנו לחדר אחר בצורה הכי נעימה ומקצועית שיש.

אין ספק ששירות כזה עושה את כל ההבדל. תודה ענקית לגוני ולכל צוות המלון על חוויה מדהימה. בהחלט נחזור שוב ❤

מלון קטן, אינטימי ונעים. נקי מאוד. חדרים גדולים (הפתיע אותנו..) ויחס חם ואדיב של העובדים.
שידרגו אותנו ואפילו לא סיפרו לנו, מה שאומר שהם פשוט עושים מה שהם יכולים בשבילך באופן אוטומטי. גילינו את זה רק בצ'ק אאוט מול גוני המהממת.
המלון במיקום נהדר ונוף יפייפה.
אנחנו בהחלט נחזור לשם שוב.

באתר בוקינג לא רשום בכלל שהשיכשוכיות לא פתוחות .וכשהגענו למלון טענו שזה סגור בשל המצב הביטחוני... נכון לתאריך ההגעה שלנו ישראל הייתה בהפסקת אש של 17 יום מהמלחמה מול איראן.... ראוי לשלוח הודעה או להתקשר לאורחים לעדכן בטרם חיוב לדעתי.

Cons:

שילמנו 1,500 שקל על ״סוויטה״ כולל ארוחת בוקר שהייתה המינימום של המינימום . במחיר הזה יכולנו לקבל במקום אחר גם ארוחת ערב. המצעים היו קרועים, כתמים על הקירות, מקרר שנוזל. כתוב שיש בריכות אבל כשהגענו לא היה בריכות. השלט לטלויזיה לא עבד וכשקראנו למישהו לבוא לתקן הוא נכנס בלי לדפוק. נותני השירות היו נחמדים אבל זה לא מספיק
