גוני המארחת קיבלה אותנו עם כוס יין, עזרה בכל דבר ודאגה לשלומנו.
החדר היה נהדר , נעים, נקי וצופה לים.
המיקום של המלון מצויין. בגג יש אוירה טובה ומשמחת. ממליצים מאוד.

יומיים לפני ההגעה אמרו לנו שהגג יהיה בערב סגור לפעילות פרטית. אחת הסיבות שהזמנו את המקום זה בגלל הגג.
ואמרו לנו שבשישי בבוקר הגג יהיה פתוח כרגיל, הגג לא נפתח בבוקר רק בשעה 11 כשכבר עזבנו את המקום
הצוות מקסים ושירותי, מיקום פצצה וקיבלנו תמורה למחיר
התבאסתי שגיליתי שהרוף טופ לא היה פתוח הרי זה חלק גדול מהחוויה של המלון
המיקום של המלון לא יכול להיות יותר טוב. 8 דקות הליכה משוק הכרמל, דקה מהים צמוד לשכונת נווה צדק. בשירות שקיבלנו מג'וני הפקידה בדלפק קבלה היה מעל ומעבר למצופה
השלט של הטלויזיה לא עבד כמו שצריך ולמרות שהודענו על כך זה לא טופל.
יש בעיה של מים חמים
The location Infront of the beach, sea view, the staff is very welcoming and helpful. We got an upgraded room to a sea view as well as an early check in.
The rooftop was very disappointing, it was under renovation so half of it was closed. We didn't see the open even once over 3 days, no music and the "pool" was 2 small hot tub size that didn't look very welcoming or clean.
Место положение.набережная Тель-Авива и Яффо .отель старый и конечно мебель подержанная но кровать очень удобная .матрас и подушки просто сказочные .несмотря на то что требуется ремонт номер чистый и приятный .есть бар на крыше .вид от туда замечательный .цена для набережной Тель Авива очень приятная .мы остались довольны .вполне приемлемый завтрак который предлагают на крыше .
I really liked the location and the staff were extremely helpful polite and kind. Goni for me was standout new her job well and answered any of my questions.

המזרן היה מזעזע קמתי עם כאבי גב, ארוחת בוקר לא משהו... אפשר להשקיע קצת יותר בלקוחות
המיקום היה מצוין לכבוד מצעד הגאווה.
הצוות היה אדיב, במיוחד גוני המהממת! החדר היה נקי וגדול. המיטות היו נוחות. ארוחת הבוקר היתה מצוינת ומגוונת. יש שם Rooftop עם 2 שכשוכיות, כיף לשבת שם.
חסרה תאורה בחדר.
המיקום המושלם ליד הים ומרחק הליכה מכל מקום.
והצוות המסור!
ארוחת בוקר דלה ולא מזמינה.
מבחר ממש דל.
הרגיש חשוך ולא נקי כל האזור של הארוחה.
לדוגמא, היו כמה חתיכות גבינה צהובה ופשוט אמרו שאין יותר. כוסות חד"פ לקפה🤦🏼♀️

בחדרים ובשטחים הציבוריים רמת הניקיון והתחזוקה נמוכות.
גוני הייתה מארחת מושלמת, עשתה לנו את כל החווית אירוח למדהימה

המלון עצמו מעולה – נקי, מסודר, השירות מצוין והמיקום פשוט מושלם, ממש מול הים וקרוב להכל כמה דקות הליכה לנמל יפו , ולשוק הכרמל ןעוד .
מעבר לנתונים היבשים, מה שבאמת ריגש אותנו היה האנושיות והאכפתיות. הגענו כמשפחה ולקחנו 3 חדרים. לצערי, כמה שעות אחרי שהגענו נאלצנו לפנות את אבא לבית חולים . למחרת כשעשינו צ'ק-אאוט שיתפנו בסיטואציה את האחראית במקום, בחורה מקסימה ומדהימה בשם קיים. היא גילתה רגישות והבנה מדהימה, ובאופן אצילי החליטה לפצות אותנו והעניקה לנו שובר לילה חינם לחדר זוגי. במלון .

מיטה לא נוחה, לא הסכימו להביא מגבות לים, לא היו מים חמים במקלחת, אקוסטיקה גרועה שמעו הכל מהמסדרון ומהרחוב
